Everything was excellent from the friendly nature employees to the awesome service Everything was a great experience I rated the atmosphere a 4 only cause it was their slow period
Went in on n 8/7/24. What a nasty unkept restaurant. Food all over the floors, tables filthy, windows super dirty. Never ever seen a chik fila like this. Spoke to Jennifer the mgr and she tried to tell me they were understaffed. That kind of filth just doesn't happen in a day. Never ever again will I go there. I really cringe at thinking about what the kitchen must look like. Scary. Health dept will be called.

Are ya'll rationing jalapeños and the pemento cheese or something? This is very lackluster, I got ONE tiny jalapeño and a half. The macaroni tasted a bit off compared to other chikfilas macaroni I've had as well and forgot my honey mustards. Just disappointing overall, the 'banana' shakes don't really taste like banana pudding at all, but there's weird crunchy banana bits in the shakes instead?. For the price, I expect good service I could have got a steak dinner somewhere for what I paid, won't be back to location for a long while.

My food was absolutely so good. I got a couple bites biscuit and all of my bacon and some hashbrowns. I was so excited for my breakfast BUT the dog could not contain himself because it smelled so heavenly and decided to eat all my breakfast. Myself 0.5 Dog ( Waylon ) 2 ( because he got in my hashbrowns and my chicken biscuit)

They always get my order wrong. But the food and service are otherwise great. Always nice young people serving. The only negative is that I never get away with a correct order- have to go back and fix something each time. I think if I start only ordering thru the app, that might help with accuracy.
They tend to forget alot when things are added to order then get an attitude when you come back. Nothing more/less expected of teenagers i guess. Also they aren’t as hospitable as any other chickfila i’ve been too. Major difference, the environment is poor , lacks customer service skill also food is kinda rushed understandable but bread shouldn’t be hard.

I stop here in between my full time and part time jobs twice a week. On Monday I was in the line at a standstill for over 15 minutes. It made me late to work and with the drive through design, I couldn’t leave. Today, I ordered a sandwich and fries, and had to pull up to a parking spot and again, made me late for work. I thought Monday was a fluke, but twice in a row, I can’t do this anymore. (I should note I ordered ahead both times).
