We stopped by after leaving Shorter University at Rome Ga. Anna took our order and was so pleasant and friendly. Beautiful smile! Mr Harold spoke to us as we were ordering & kept a check on us during our dining. He was such a blessing. So friendly! Mr Harold is truly a gem you have at your restaurant. We were heading to Waycross Ga. And had a long trip ahead of us. So glad God let us stop and meet your staff! Tell Mr Harold that the Waycross customer were truly blessed to meet him! I ordered a Cobb salad with extra cheese. Was charged for said extra cheese. Gosh I’d like to see it with the “normal” amount they put on. Must be about 3 pieces. And yes, I did ask if it normally comes with shredded cheese. They said yes and that mine had extra on it. 😂
The salad was good. Normally their food is. Just shocked at the amount they consider “extra”.

This location is going downhill quick. Me and my husband ate there for lunch today. When we ordered, the cashier let us place our order and I was getting ready to pay, with cash, she then tells us, “oh I can’t take cash at this register”. The tables were nasty, probably from breakfast, the food was slow getting to us and it wasn’t really good. I doubt we will go back to this location.

Definitely will never eat at the Rockmart location ever again, extremely bad service and food. Don't know what happened after the remodel but it's the worst thing I've experienced with Chick-fil-A.

Kerregan and Mattie are two incredibly nice people! Both have incredible service and are very kind and patient. I’ve been in this Chick-fil-A on a few occasions and the service by these two is always on point! Both of these ladies need raises!

Everything was excellent from the friendly nature employees to the awesome service Everything was a great experience I rated the atmosphere a 4 only cause it was their slow period
Went in on n 8/7/24. What a nasty unkept restaurant. Food all over the floors, tables filthy, windows super dirty. Never ever seen a chik fila like this. Spoke to Jennifer the mgr and she tried to tell me they were understaffed. That kind of filth just doesn't happen in a day. Never ever again will I go there. I really cringe at thinking about what the kitchen must look like. Scary. Health dept will be called.

Are ya'll rationing jalapeños and the pemento cheese or something? This is very lackluster, I got ONE tiny jalapeño and a half. The macaroni tasted a bit off compared to other chikfilas macaroni I've had as well and forgot my honey mustards. Just disappointing overall, the 'banana' shakes don't really taste like banana pudding at all, but there's weird crunchy banana bits in the shakes instead?. For the price, I expect good service I could have got a steak dinner somewhere for what I paid, won't be back to location for a long while.

My food was absolutely so good. I got a couple bites biscuit and all of my bacon and some hashbrowns. I was so excited for my breakfast BUT the dog could not contain himself because it smelled so heavenly and decided to eat all my breakfast. Myself 0.5 Dog ( Waylon ) 2 ( because he got in my hashbrowns and my chicken biscuit)
