We get food here all the time but the past couple times we have gotten home about 20 mins away and food is missing and have to go back because someone in our family don’t have dinner. I get that we need to check the food before we leave but we have a big family and just pulling all the food out is a lot but i guess from now on it’s going to be a must. This location has definitely gone down hill

Food is good, it's Chick-fil-A. The management is horrible...don't allow your kids to work there.
I always appreciate Chick-fil-A, listening to the fact that I have a food allergy and they always take the extra steps to make sure that my food is safe!!!! Thank you all!!!!

I really do love Chick-fil-A but this one constantly drops the ball.
Service is great and the people are kind, but they really need to train those people in the kitchen. I am so tired of paying $20+ for food and stuff is consistently missing.
Pay extra for more sauces? They will forget it, then you have to circle back around and go in to get the sauces you paid for. Want bacon on your sandwich and pay the additional $2? They will forget even though it’s clearly on the label on the sandwich. I don’t have this issue in cedartown, or Villa rica. I don’t even go to this one if I can avoid it because I won’t get what I pay for.
