The food has been delicious each time that I have visited. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean. They have a wide selection on the menu. The concrete and custard collection is very tasty. There is plenty of parking. The service is great. It is family friendly. I recommend them.

I’m from Wisconsin where Culver’s is our favorite place to eat, so after trying the one here in Rockmart several times it was such a disappointment. I always say no cheese on my burger and it always shows up with cheese. Bun was stale too. Fries were overcooked and hard. Maybe instead of workers standing around chatting they should pay attention to customers orders.

Food is delish, people are always incredibly kind and tentative to your needs but 9 times out of 10 your order is wrong :( I feel bad leaving a review because I’ve worked in food service before but I don’t think I’ve had my order made right the first time once. Customer service is literally amazing and everyone is sweet.
I didn’t receive a top bun on my chicken sandwich. And I ordered 3 this is such bad service and it takes a long time to get your food! Don’t recommend!

I was traveling through the area today and stopped and ate at this location. I was a little hesitant after seeing their health score. When I received my cocoa puff ice cream about half way through eating it there was a decent size of a piece of hard plastic with a sharp end on it. They pulled me up to wait for the rest of my order and when the guy came out I showed him and he just said well nothing we can do about that. We won't be back and I'm just glad it was me eating the ice cream and not one of my children.
