Here in Rockmart, Ga., there's never any fried chicken. Please tell me why it's called KFC?

Just went through the drive thru and my wedges was not fresh at all. I said something about she took them from me and brought something else back and those wedges was even worse. You dont suppose to take food back through the window anyways. Just absolutely disgusting. Will never eat here again. What a waste of money. Over 30 dollars worth of trash.

Terrible experience After ordering, getting home and discovering chicken wings was dried and hard as a rock , Mac & cheese mushey clump together. I should of checked before leaving, but thought I was at a reputable KFC a place where they would represent the standard of it's name, good tasty food. Shut it down Terrible service, food, Nasty and unclean dinning area as well.

I ordered two three piece meals with two thighs and one drumbstick each, one was the hot honey chicken. I guess they just saw three and took a guess on what we asked for even though it's on the receipt. Glad this KFC only thinks of themselves instead of their customers. Fun fact, I haven't ordered KFC in years due to poor service and food quality but my dad told me to order some today to give it another try. And now he sees my point.

They take an employee's car and block the drive-thru and then lock the front door while there's plenty of people in there to work so they don't have to do anything this has happened multiple times

When you pull up and they have a employee's car blocking the drive-thru and then you walk up to the door is an employee's walking back in and they lock the door behind you and then shake their head no at you at the window seeing there's more than one person in there let you know that this business won't be there much longer if the owner doesn't do something about management. And this is not the first time this is happening this makes the fourth.

Ordered through drive thru, got home chicken was almost black looking it had been sitting so long tried to call for hours and no answer highly unsatisfied
Every time I have placed a mobile order with this place, I have had to wait upwards of 20 minutes or more after I arrived. When I went recently, I placed another order and was told they were closed for short staffing. I had to contact customer service to get my order refunded. I hope they can get their act together, but I can't recommend this place right now

The staff were extremely friendly. Every table in the dining area was dirty. I had to wipe off our table to clear it of what smudges and food stains I could with napkins. There was a puddle of water in the middle of the dining room with a wet floor sign just sitting on top of it. The chicken was overly greasy and the breading on the chicken was soggy. Mashed potatoes were not even mixed up, there was a ball of powdered potato covered in gravy. Not real impressed with the quality or care put into preparation.

I just went to this KFC. It's 8:30 at night on March 6th. I said it the speaker and nobody came. There was a like staff sitting outside when I pulled up to the window. Everyone else was just standing around, i wish I would've taken a picture. Of your wonderful staff.and
