Las Palmas Mexican Restaurant - Rockmart

We ordered to go here. When I called I had to repeat my order twice before the lady understood what I was ordering. Nothing crazy just lunch # 2, wings, and a side of rice. I specifically asked and even called back out at the end for the lunch entree to be supreme. Once arriving to get food I realized the lunch was not supreme. I told her that I had asked for supreme. She went in and came out about 5 minutes later and said it was a glitch in the system and I would have to pay extra. I didn’t want to go through getting my card out and paying for something I originally asked for twice so I told her to forget it but really you couldn’t just give me what I asked for I think it’s $1 to make a meal supreme. Food was ok but not great!!

The place is very cool on the inside. It was a great atmosphere servers are super friendly. The food is just OK.

Everything was absolutely fabulous! The restaurant itself is breathtaking! We had the most wholesome and sweet lady as a server. The food is delicious! No complaints! Perfect! 👍🏽

Always a great place to eat til this happened ordered a large queso and large salsa and chips and they forgot one of the salsas that come with the queso and found a roach stuck onto a chip and sadly found it after we were done eating ….

I have really enjoyed coming to Los Palmos in the past, but unfortunately, they continue to get my order wrong. I work 30 minutes away, and by the time I get to work, I realize the order is incorrect again. When I call, the response is always the same: “If you bring it back, we can fix you another one.” On another occasion, they asked if I still had my receipt—it’s always something. After repeated issues, I’ve decided I will no longer be going back.

Excellent food and service was good. Wait staff was busy so it took time to get the waiter to get extras. Not their fault, but could have used a couple more in the dining room to speed up service. Will be going back.

Love the food here. The servers are great. I usually have my 1 year old granddaughter with me. They are really good with her. Would highly recommend eating here

The overly loud karaoke crowd on Saturday was not a family friendly environment. We used to frequent this restaurant until our Saturday visit. It went from being a decent community Mexican restaurant to a wrinkle room bar. Even the servers were complaining 🙄. Promote your food. Promote your amazing staff.

Food was mediocre, small portion salsa tasted like cocktail sauce, they had tables reserved ven tho they say they do not reserve tables.
