I have ordered dinner for my family from Marco's in Rockmart 5 times since it opened, and 4 of those times, my husband has had to turn around and drive back to get items they left out of our order. Tonight, the same thing happened, so my husband asked to speak to the manager about it. The guy he was speaking to said he was the manager, and then he told on himself when he said, "Let me ask my manager." They ended up telling him that it was our fault for not checking before we left, so make sure you check your food before you leave if you order from there! They ended up saying they were putting $20 on our account for our trouble (only after my husband was adamant that they needed to do something about it), but we order as a guest, so we'll see how that goes. Shame on me for expecting a restaurant to give me the food I paid for.

It was a pleasure picking up a Pizza yesterday, July 29th. The man behind the counter (don't know his name) was extremely nice and polite and his smile actually went to his eyes. The pizza was the best ever! I used to always think no one could beat Pizza Hut but I stand corrected!! I have been converted first, by the man's genuine friendliness and service and, secondly, by how good the pizza was. I'm glad Marco's came to Rockmart!!!

Lots of topping selections. Good quality ingredients. Delivery was fast on a Saturday night and showed up hot and fresh. Ordered pepperoni and green olives. Marcos was not skimpy on toppings my pizza had a large handful of green olives. Cheese was stringy and amazing. Fast and friendly customer service.

This place has never gotten our food right even after time and time again is being very patient with never want nothing more than what we pay for never have they gotten it right now I’m trying to get an owner to call me this is my family salad in the bottom of the bag with no utensils after me asking several time to call my order

I have had numerous deliveries to my house but the gentleman who answered the phone for this company refused to either take my order, deliver to my house, or connect me to the manager. I've successfully ordered and had delivered to my house in the past. He said I'm outside the delivery area. I did try to get him to understand that we've had previous deliveries but he obviously didn't want our business today. I will try to call back and get his name but at this time I don't have it. If existing customers are treated this way on a regular basis then you will become unsuccessful quickly. You have no real competition but we will no longer give you or your drivers our business.

2 days in a row they forgot things from my order, then it took them almost an hour to give me my food. Didn’t even have time to eat cause I had to go back to work. One was dine in the other was delivery. I love the food but the timing and always forgetting my order is not acceptable. Unfortunately I will not be going back and I will also not recommend.

This was at least the third time our order has been wrong. First two times was calling our order in, this time it was an online order. Receipt was correct, but sadly the pizza was not. Although the only good thing about our order this time was when we called to tell them, the manager answered the phone, and he took care of it right then. Bad part was having to go pick it up, but props to Roland the manager. He didn't sound surprised when I told him the pizza we ordered was wrong though. He actually laughed, probably a "I'm not surprised" laugh. But at least he handled it. Probably going to be a while until they get our business again.P.S. How utterly stupid to give a fake response to a bad review! Another reason to not go here again for a very long time. Frustrating!

Drive thru customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!be nice to go thru the drive thru and have some one wait on me that actually cared that I got good service. Waited 40 minutes at least and there were only two cars in front of me. Boy asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said no as long as it was right. He said he hoped it was. I hope someone sees"s this!!!
