Martin's Restaurant - Rockmart Location

I went through the drive thru on Oct 4 at 1:40 asked for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. The girl got hateful and said we don’t have combos here and you need to order it separately. So I proceeded to order my biscuit and she said “what else”, I said an order of hash browns then she said “ehat else”. She would never let me finish my order. I ordered my drink then she said “what else”. I said that will be all thank you. I got my food and asked for ketchup and she felt like that was such an inconvenience for her. I started to eat my food and the hash brown was cold and hard as a rock and the biscuit was cold also. The tea was the only thing that was actually good. I do not recommend this Martins at all. I’ve never had a bad experience with martins until now.

We ordered 2 small bacon egg and cheese biscuits and a large biscuit and gravy. I was nearly done with one of the biscuits and i looked down and there was a piece of hair on the biscuit. I looked closer and the hair was imbedded in the biscuit which could only mean the biscuit was cooked with the hair in the middle of the biscuit. There is no telling how many other biscuits have hair inside of them. That is so disgusting. I hope they are following protocols and procedures in order to prevent this from ever happening again. Unfortunately I only took a video so I can’t show it here but needless to say we didn’t touch the other food and will not be returning.

"Fresh tastes better" is Martin's slogan right?! I've at at the Cartersville location for 2½years, 5-7 days a week(it's just easier before work) never had an experience like I've had at the rockmart location. I've got 4 receipts of where they forgot my egg that I paid for, but today did it. Not a soul in line and my sausage and cheese was cold NOT FRESH !! Y'all gotta do better or shut down and I'll stop at the Cartersville location!! Hwy 41 Martin's that's been there forever is the best. They know what I want as soon as I say "good morning" Jane and the whole crew is the best!! But this rockmart location basically sucks! You can clearly see in the picture the cheese is not melted at all which is proof the sausage is cold also!! Oh, and raising the prices in Cartersville to make up for lost revenue is so wrong. Thats how you lose the customers you have left!!

Never go to the Martins in Rockmart Georgia unless you don't mind having cold hashbrowns everytime you go. The hashbrowns are always very greasy and cold almost like they never cooked to order. I am so pissed I pay almost $4 for two hashbrowns and they be cold and crap.

This was the most disgusting food, worst and very obnoxious service at the highest price that I have ever paid for fast food. The two "ladies" lol...both white where extremely unprofessional, laughing as they intentionally put subpar fries and burgers in the bags of my order, French fries half cooked, and cold deluxe burger with cheese that was cold as I drove away from the window. The only professional employee was a young black lady that was about the order...she didn't point, didn't laugh, no mocking disrespect, just doing her job and I salute this young woman. The price was $66.40 and I was appalled at the price, but even more with the poor service, disrespect and COLD FOOD!!!

The worst experience in my life!!!! They need a new manager and staff.

This store is ridiculous standing in the drive Thur line for forty mins and no one talks to you. You pull around and they have the worst damn attitude. I see what Rockmart don’t keep restaurant!! This is very sad

Ordered chicken breakfast plate.OJ was 90% water & 10% juiceHashbrowns were coldI did notify them about the OJ. Lady gave a 'Deer in the Headlights' stare.Not a good experience.

been here a few times and been good, chicken has been getting tougher lately and biscuits been softer and better, no idea, my dad had found a hair in his sausage and gravy biscuit. no where in hell would you get a hair in a sausage gravy biscuit. i thought all food workers who work with food wear hair nets, this was disgusting.

My husband had the second time now worst experience with the manager Amber there he went through the drive thru ordered a tenderloin biscuit and as he is pulling up realized they did not put meat in it so he goes in and lets her know that there was no meat on the biscuit in the pouring rain mind you with a good attitude for her to tell him he has to go back out in the pouring rain and bring in the biscuit for evidence that there was no meat on it. When he comes in not only is she rude and disrespectful but she curses at my husband over a biscuit and he was just over it through the biscuit in the trash and left. We will never be going back to the Martin because of the manager, this is the second time we’ve had a rude and disrespectful encounter with her , I do not recommend this one at any of the other ones we’ve always had great experience at !!!

Quick stop on my way to Atlanta airport while visiting family in Rockmart, GA...Wow and they didn't disappoint!! If you like a fresh country breakfast you have found your place. I went thru the drive thru, the service was friendly early in the morning and the food was on point. I had the chicken biscuit which was delicious, hash browns, and orange juice. The biscuit was supersized and tasted yum yum!I shall return..

Not real crazy about how this place charges for added ham. So country ham biscuit is $2.97. add extra ham, $3.98. they add these together and a small biscuit with two pieces of ham becomes 7 freaking dollars. Wth?? I've always loved me some Martin's, but this is ridiculous
