Martin's Restaurant - Rockmart Location

It took a while but the staff was friendly amd the food was great!

Always loved Martin's, but this one sucks, has for a while, smallest scoop of egg on a large bacon egg and cheese biscuit, biscuit overcooked, bacon Always overcooked, and at 12 bucks for a biscuit and drink??? Probably the last time I eat there.

So the food has turned terrible the biscuits are FLAT AND HARD !!! The girl with all the Vaseline all over her mouth is rude and pretty much makes you reach into the window to get your food like wow hand it to me please geeeze like if you don't like working here leave ..I like the food here as I use Martin's in Cartersville alot and the food is 1000 percent better there please call that store and get them to come train the ppl at the rockmart store

The lady that took the order in the drive thru was super nice but the girl at the window never spoke to us and acted like she hated her job. As I opened the container to eat I was surprised that the eggs were maybe a tablespoon full and the gravy biscuits were completely cold. I took my first bite of gravy before we even got to red light so it was served cold. This place used to be good. I'm done wasting money on inedible food.

I went through the drive thru on Oct 4 at 1:40 asked for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo. The girl got hateful and said we don’t have combos here and you need to order it separately. So I proceeded to order my biscuit and she said “what else”, I said an order of hash browns then she said “ehat else”. She would never let me finish my order. I ordered my drink then she said “what else”. I said that will be all thank you. I got my food and asked for ketchup and she felt like that was such an inconvenience for her. I started to eat my food and the hash brown was cold and hard as a rock and the biscuit was cold also. The tea was the only thing that was actually good. I do not recommend this Martins at all. I’ve never had a bad experience with martins until now.

We ordered 2 small bacon egg and cheese biscuits and a large biscuit and gravy. I was nearly done with one of the biscuits and i looked down and there was a piece of hair on the biscuit. I looked closer and the hair was imbedded in the biscuit which could only mean the biscuit was cooked with the hair in the middle of the biscuit. There is no telling how many other biscuits have hair inside of them. That is so disgusting. I hope they are following protocols and procedures in order to prevent this from ever happening again. Unfortunately I only took a video so I can’t show it here but needless to say we didn’t touch the other food and will not be returning.

"Fresh tastes better" is Martin's slogan right?! I've at at the Cartersville location for 2½years, 5-7 days a week(it's just easier before work) never had an experience like I've had at the rockmart location. I've got 4 receipts of where they forgot my egg that I paid for, but today did it. Not a soul in line and my sausage and cheese was cold NOT FRESH !! Y'all gotta do better or shut down and I'll stop at the Cartersville location!! Hwy 41 Martin's that's been there forever is the best. They know what I want as soon as I say "good morning" Jane and the whole crew is the best!! But this rockmart location basically sucks! You can clearly see in the picture the cheese is not melted at all which is proof the sausage is cold also!! Oh, and raising the prices in Cartersville to make up for lost revenue is so wrong. Thats how you lose the customers you have left!!

Never go to the Martins in Rockmart Georgia unless you don't mind having cold hashbrowns everytime you go. The hashbrowns are always very greasy and cold almost like they never cooked to order. I am so pissed I pay almost $4 for two hashbrowns and they be cold and crap.

This was the most disgusting food, worst and very obnoxious service at the highest price that I have ever paid for fast food. The two "ladies" lol...both white where extremely unprofessional, laughing as they intentionally put subpar fries and burgers in the bags of my order, French fries half cooked, and cold deluxe burger with cheese that was cold as I drove away from the window. The only professional employee was a young black lady that was about the order...she didn't point, didn't laugh, no mocking disrespect, just doing her job and I salute this young woman. The price was $66.40 and I was appalled at the price, but even more with the poor service, disrespect and COLD FOOD!!!

The worst experience in my life!!!! They need a new manager and staff.

This store is ridiculous standing in the drive Thur line for forty mins and no one talks to you. You pull around and they have the worst damn attitude. I see what Rockmart don’t keep restaurant!! This is very sad
