I am VERY unhappy with the online ordering service. The system kicked one of my items out for some reason when I was checking out even though it let me add it to my cart, and it was there when I entered all of my information. There was not a way for me to stop the charge before trying to fix the issue. I tried calling. The call center tried to transfer me to the store. I tried 4 times, letting it ring for several minutes each time. No one ever answered the phone for me to even try to correct the issue or see what happened, or let me add an item if they didn't have that one; therefore i never got the I wanted for dinner to even rate it. When the person dropped off the food, they put it on the table, ran the bell and took off before I could even get up from the couch to tell the person delivering my issue. I will not be ordering from them again. Others aren't afraid to wait for you to answer to door (no I did not designate them to on the porch with no contact). There are other pizza chains in our area that I can actually get in touch with. I'll spend my money there.

I had problems with the app, so I went in to order. The 2 ladies there really made my day, took care of the problem, and sent me home with a tear in my eye, and 2 of the best made pizzas I have ever gotten there! My bad day, turned completely around!

Today was probably the last bad experience I will have with the Rockmart Pizza Hut as I am ready to give up that I will ever receive decent service there and will not return. I came to Rockmart to run some errands and before I went home, I thought it might be a fun little treat to get a pizza to take home. I ordered it through the app and was told it would be ready at 4:05 p.m. I showed up at that time at the drive up window, and the app said the pizza was ready. A woman came to the window and I signed the credit card slip and she told me they were cutting up my pizza now and it would be a couple of minutes. Fine. Quite a few minutes pass, and the woman comes back to the window and says they are just taking it out of the oven and it will be a few minutes and tells me to park in one of the spaces. At this point, I am very frustrated at being lied to, but I park and wait. Unless there's a new way of prepping pizza, I doubt you cut it up and then put it back in the oven, so obviously, something was a lie. Twenty minutes later, I finally have my pizza. The time before that when I went there, they gave me the wrong pizza, which I didn't realize until I got home. I live about 8-10 miles away, so I wasn't too keen on the idea of driving all the way back to get a replacement and then driving back home again after I had already made the round trip once already. I think this last incident got to me so much because of the out and out lying to me. If you messed up and missed getting my order in or something, just say so and give me the option to wait, or just let me keep my money and go somewhere else, instead of tying up my time and money on a hot and icky day. I am handicapped, so I thought the drive thru was a blessing, but so far at this Rockmart restaurant, there is nothing blessed about it.

Prices need to be posted online. To me very over priced .Pizza wasn’t worth my time and effort. Raceway has a lot better pizza. !!!!
So this is the second bad review I’ve had from the place my first one the made good on but they have got to do something with this place I ordered wings and there is hardly any sauce on them I’m posting a picture with this post I will not order here again

We have been there a handful of times. They are always courteous, fast, and fair. I noticed their health dept score was 100% also! That's extraordinary. This is a restaurant that cares. I can recommend them without hesitation. I look forward to our next visit.
