We ordered a medium super supreme pan crust,a medium thin crust pepperoni both well done extra crispy in the notes. We arrived to find out they cooked the wrong pizza crust type. No big deal the lady quickly agreed to correct it. We got home to find our pizza with very very uncooked dough and skimpy toppings. Our order was $43 for 2 medium terrible pizzas and a order of bread sticks. What has happened to pride in the work place. Please close the doors if this is your best effort!

This was strictly a drive thru Pizza hut in Rockmart Georgia. We called in our order as we were driving by. It was ready for pick up, fresh and delicious 😋

The team at Pizza Hut are amazing!! Unfortunately the air is broken and the team are suffering immensely. I went to Pizza Hut 4 times today and as the day went on the temp got 95 degrees in the restaurant. This is cruel to work people's under this condition. I pray for this location, there are way to many places hiring. For someone to work their team where the ovens heat the place to 100 degrees and as a customer standing in there for five minutes each time sweating profusely I can't imagine the employees not walking out. SMH....

I am VERY unhappy with the online ordering service. The system kicked one of my items out for some reason when I was checking out even though it let me add it to my cart, and it was there when I entered all of my information. There was not a way for me to stop the charge before trying to fix the issue. I tried calling. The call center tried to transfer me to the store. I tried 4 times, letting it ring for several minutes each time. No one ever answered the phone for me to even try to correct the issue or see what happened, or let me add an item if they didn't have that one; therefore i never got the I wanted for dinner to even rate it. When the person dropped off the food, they put it on the table, ran the bell and took off before I could even get up from the couch to tell the person delivering my issue. I will not be ordering from them again. Others aren't afraid to wait for you to answer to door (no I did not designate them to on the porch with no contact). There are other pizza chains in our area that I can actually get in touch with. I'll spend my money there.

I had problems with the app, so I went in to order. The 2 ladies there really made my day, took care of the problem, and sent me home with a tear in my eye, and 2 of the best made pizzas I have ever gotten there! My bad day, turned completely around!
