Terrible customer service! I stopped in for lunch at the drive through on 1/3/25 and ordered a large #6 combo. The person on the drive through and about my side and drink. When he told the price, it was noticably lower than the menu. I asked about the difference and was told, "You didn't say combo." When I corrected him, he replied, "I ain't gonna argue with you about what you said." If I didn't say combo, why would he have asked about my drink and side!? I guess I should have accepted the $8 discount from him ringing it up wrong and just requested the right order at the window. The manager here needs to look into their service team... they're going to continue to lose business due to horrible service.

Shut they asses down. Rude as hell, no people skills, I asked questions about the menu and got ignored by all 3 workers. I waited 30 mins for my food then got attitude because I asked to bag it to go. Another customer said the previous day he waited 45 mins for his order. Everyone in the area had similar complaints and I see why. I won't be going back

This place has worse service than the Sonic it was built over, and that is quite the achievement. I hope you have 30 extra minutes to wait when you come here for "fast food" because you WILL be waiting. Dont bother trying to place a mobile order either, cause they never check for those anyway. I hope this place gets shut down, absolutely atrocious service.

Every time I come to the Popeyes in Rockmart Ga and order spicy chicken, they are always out and we have to wait 15 minutes. It's really ridiculous that it's every time, isn't this a Cajun chicken restaurant?

I have a Uber order , there's no costumers at all is just me they dont have no one at the drive thru or inside the restaurant but is taking them 30 minutes to make my order, while they just walk around, after 30 minutes someone came in clock in and started my order. This is just unbelievable
The food is good but they seem to be understaffed and the older staff members seem to have a poor attitude while the younger staff members have a good attitude. If you are actually lucky enough to go on a day where they have enough people scheduled, you might have a good experience.
Parking: Plenty of parking, especially since the parking lot is always empty.
Wheelchair accessibility: Is handicap accessible.

My first experience was awful, the chicken was stale and had a foul smell to it. It was also black, in addition, the order was incorrect-we did not receive everything that was ordered. We decided to give them another try given the location- explained our previous visit and was assured that the food and order will be better than previous. The order was incorrect, we ordered 10 piece chicken and received 5 pieces, etc. I have been to multiple Popeyes in different states and around this state, and this is one is by far the worst, the attention to detail is lacking, the food itself is not up to par- I would seriously avoid

DON'T GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! I waited for an hour and a half with NOBODY in the restaurant on a Friday night, for 3 - 5 piece chicken fingers with fries and talked to corporate and couldn't get a refund. Popeyes is a flailing franchise not worth your money. Especially at the Rockmart, GA store. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!
