Took us over 20 minutes to get 6 regular tacos and 3 beefy burritos for 3 people. Tacos barely had anything in them. This place is a joke. Need some new employees.

Lakeisha at the rockmart Taco Bell is the sweetest woman I have ever met. She made sure all my needs were taken care of and even made me the best refresher I've ever had she definitely deserves a raise.

Treated like I wasn't shit just now. Waited 10 minutes at the inside register. Saw 4 different workers. No one took my order nor gave a care that I even asked should I leave and was given no response at all.

Most disappointing order and service I've ever dealt with, waited in line 20 minutes, watching the staff members walk around in circles, running around ducking and dodging the drive threw window looking out the window and laughingly noticing how more upset I was getting the long I had to sit there and wait, the lady that was working the register got on her phone infront of the window, infront of a customer which was me, then after all that, then came to the window 20 minutes later just to tell me that they ran out of beef at 8:00pm so gave me the choice between steak or chicken..... So after another 10 minutes they finally gave me my order and I got home and opened my order just to find 4 chunks of chicken and way to much lettuce and way too much sour cream in a over cooked burnt taco shell, it was absolutely unbelievable and unexpectable to have to sit in a drive threw line and wait 30 minutes for 6 taco's, this place needs better employees or needs to be shut down, my brother in-law used to work at a tacobell and for a family of 4 it only took him and his crew 10 minutes for a big order..... Everything should already be prepped and ready for orders this is ridiculous 🤬🤬🤬🤬
