Every time I order a chicken cantina bowl from here, they barely add any rice and always forget the black beans. This is crazy to me. Their employee’s are nice, but the cooks have no idea what they’re doing.

Should’ve known to not go back here after they screwed up our order months ago. Against our better judgement we decided to try them again and it was another horrible experience. As owners of this place, how can you allow your brand to get this bad. Service was horrible, missing food, and it just didn’t taste good. We ordered 2 Fresco burritos, a Mexican pizza, and 3 chicken soft tacos. We received 2 other burritos (don't even know what they were), didn’t get the Mexican pizza, and did receive the tacos (wow). No sauce was given or offered because of course the worker couldn’t be bothered. Sucks to pay for food you don’t even get. Would’ve went back to the store but there was a storm coming. Putting correct food in a bag is not that freaking hard….for most places.

When you advertise something, you need to make sure you have plenty of it to make it. And not refuse order? Just because you do not know how to make something you need to make plenty of it and not make it an excuse. You are in business to make food. You should have plenty of it without having plenty of it. Then, why are you into business to making food?

This place definitely needs new management went in after going through the drive through because my food was all over my bag like they threw it in there then the manager was giving me nasty looks the whole time I was in there getting my food remade never have i had such terrible service and food

The Taco Bell / KFC need to be shut down or put under new management the service has been on decline for the past year and half, the chicken doesn’t stay together and under cooked, the employees don’t know how to properly pack the food it sticks to the packing and the attitudes from the teenagers who obviously don’t wanna be there maybe they shouldn’t definitely wouldn’t recommend stopping in here anytime soon

Took us over 20 minutes to get 6 regular tacos and 3 beefy burritos for 3 people. Tacos barely had anything in them. This place is a joke. Need some new employees.
