Why do my tacos taste and smell like floor cleaner? I hope I don't get sick.

Treated like I wasn't shit just now. Waited 10 minutes at the inside register. Saw 4 different workers. No one took my order nor gave a care that I even asked should I leave and was given no response at all.

Most disappointing order and service I've ever dealt with, waited in line 20 minutes, watching the staff members walk around in circles, running around ducking and dodging the drive threw window looking out the window and laughingly noticing how more upset I was getting the long I had to sit there and wait, the lady that was working the register got on her phone infront of the window, infront of a customer which was me, then after all that, then came to the window 20 minutes later just to tell me that they ran out of beef at 8:00pm so gave me the choice between steak or chicken..... So after another 10 minutes they finally gave me my order and I got home and opened my order just to find 4 chunks of chicken and way to much lettuce and way too much sour cream in a over cooked burnt taco shell, it was absolutely unbelievable and unexpectable to have to sit in a drive threw line and wait 30 minutes for 6 taco's, this place needs better employees or needs to be shut down, my brother in-law used to work at a tacobell and for a family of 4 it only took him and his crew 10 minutes for a big order..... Everything should already be prepped and ready for orders this is ridiculous š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬

This place is an absolute joke. Please donāt ruin your entire view of Taco Bell by accidentally coming to the Rockmart location. I promise you that nothing will go right.

rude. thatās all i can say is rude. not only did we wait at the window for 15 mins, the doors were locked & they were āclosedā even though it stated on their door that they opened 2 hours earlier. the girl i had to speak to through the doors was rude as hell and rolled her eyes MULTIPLE times when i was just asking a simple question. iām not even from rockmart & i work in customer service myself, so this is just insane to me. PLEASE JUST DRIVE AWAY!! shut this place down and make these rude kids that work there find a job that teaches them manners!!!

Iāve been waiting in the drive thru for 35 min and still waiting. I was the 3rd car in line, so I was like ok this will not take long. Wrong. Iām done with this Taco Bell and do not recommend them if you need quick service.

This place is always slow as Christmas. Took like 40 mins just to get 3 plain tacos. The staff was fighting with each other and screaming at each other. Cussing each other. Not āfast foodā at all. Donāt take your kids inside.

They always get orders wrong and today (8/30/17) a customer comes up to the counter asking for them to fix his order and they screamed at him telling him to get out of their faces or they'll punch him.
Update: changed stars to 1. They're still the worst place in Rockmart. I go to Rome or Dallas instead

It's taco bell. It's not a fine dining restaurant.
It took more than an hour to get my food, which was cold and the fairly simple order was wrong. The staff seemed stressed and was barely apologetic and I could somewhat forgive that were my food not cold since they were pretty quick to take my money and then it was another 10 minutes after that I got the food (the vast majority of my time was stuck between other cars trapped in the drive through).

I'm pretty sure the beans are at least 8 hours old at any point that you get food here. They are crusty, dry and inedible.
They also premake most things. If you ask for "extra" of something, they'll peel open the premade burritos/wraps, add it, then throw it on the grill for a few seconds.
This is the lowest quality Taco Bell I've ever been to.
