Tequila Mexican Restaurant

My husband and I ordered exact same thing 😁 food taste pretty good 👍 when we got the bill 💵 one of our orders was higher by about three dollars 😞 now the exact same order. It was told to me extra was charged for meat 🥓 one order charged the other not ? I ask show me in menu manager say no wouldn't hear if it he had bad attitude 😕 well call waiter nope didn't happen 😢 how many patrons have tequila taken two three dollars from it adds up watch your bill

Found by accident and glad I did. Fish tacos were on point and chef's special was delicious.
Definitely coming back to try more dishes

Great little restaurant. This is not a 5 star restaurant or the most authentic Mexican place. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and what I can tell you is that it’s consistent and affordable. Two things that seem to be difficult to find now days. I’ve never been disappointed coming here and that says a lot after 5 years. The food is always good and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve tried some of the places across the street and regretted it. Now this is the only Mexican restaurant in the area I will go to. Whatever they’re doing whether it be they’re keeping the same management, cooks or staff, they’re doing it correctly. I love my little local Mexican restaurant.

Ran out of cold chardonnay...opened a bottle and served warm !!! Who does inventory.

I frequent Tequilas to see Victoria, she is the bartender but became family. I recently came in during the day with my child. The sever CODY treated me horribly, never greeted me, I found something new in the menu I wanted to try… instead of helping me, he said when I find it… he would get it. It was on the vegetarian part of the menu. I ordered a drink, my drink from the bartender was hand delivered before my child’s sweet tea… it took several minutes to get him to bring it. Also he never brought a straw. Me being a regular, thought nothing of it and just went up and asked him for one. He was just standing in the back, not busy… he rolled his eyes and handed me the straw. ALSO keep in mind, he gave my SIX year old a grown cup and put a lid on it!! I received the food from the runner and the sever never came to ask if we were alright. At the end he brought the bill, I was changed $4.95 for a CHILDS sweet tea. When you go to any restaurant usually the kids drink is included. They’re small. I could buy several boxes of tea bags for what I paid for a few sips of tea. All I did was walk up to the podium to get a menu, to see if this was an accurate charge. The sever Checo confronted me and I explained what I was looking at and how horrible my server was. Checo’s only words to me was “we don’t make the prices” and walked away. He walked up to Cody and they began discussing how I complained about a $5 kids tea and made it clear if I was complaining I should stay at home. I have been a sever for more than 10+ years, Victoria is well taken care of by myself and my friends. I left no Tip and said will never return. I love Victoria and hope management gets rid of that toxicity so we can continue visiting.

The ONLY reason I scored as high as I did is because of my past experiences with Victoria. I called, she immediately went into action on apologizing for two grown men’s actions of a mom and their daughter out for lunch.

I ordered the chef special with the rice and steak shrimp and chicken covered in cheese to go . And I get home and this is what I get for $15 bucks

Got the lunch special and was told that it’s 8.95 and didn’t mention that it’s more if you get the grilled chicken, charges me 12.95 ok fine, ask him what inside the burrito and he’s like. Just beans and rice and peppers, I tell him no peppers, what I got was the saddest looking burrito, stuffed with grilled onions ewww, it was so salty and for the chicken that I was charged a higher price for, there was barely any, the ground beef taco was tasteless and disgusting, Walmart deli makes better food for a quarter of the price, sad

There’s salsa is good, but they cherish it. I ordered the same thing from another Mexican restaurant right down the road, and it was eight dollars almost 9 dollars cheaper than what I would have paid here. The only convenience is that they’re right next to Walmart so if you’re doing your shopping and want Mexican food after then they are the place to go. But to save money, you can go across town and get it $10 cheaper. I was going to pay a meal for $32, But I got it for $22 and some change at Another spot (not named) but residents of Rockmart know where to go.

Our waiter was very nice, and continued to check and make sure we had everything we needed!
Baby when I say the food was absolutely amazing, look I’m still eating and had to stop to do this review! The food was so good seasoned perfectly, and my mango margaritas was one of the best I ever had!!! Oh and let not forget the salsa and green sauce perfect!

Victoria is our favorite server here. The food is good, hot and delivered quickly. I enjoy the enchiladas and my husband’s favorite is the carnitas.The place is always quick and on point.
