Such a great restaurant with lovely staff! We’ve been there multiple times and their food and service is always amazing. They hosted us after a small wedding ceremony and decorated without us having to ask. 10/10 recommend!

We kept hearing about how great this place was so finally checked it out. Huge disappointment. Absolutely everything could best be described as "salt lick." Steaks, over salted and chewy. Sides, over salted. I know there have been some great servers there but apparently they weren't working when we were there. Can't understand why anyone goes back, based on our experience. Sad, really. We generally prefer small locally-owned businesses vs chains but this place did not deliver.

I NEVER leave reviews on Facebook, but I had to for this one! We had dinner at The Steak House last night - we were in town from Alabama for a work trip for my husband and googled “best steaks nearby.” Google didn’t let us down. The ribeye with the Cajun seasoning was AMAZING. The salad was also great, with some of the best 1000 island dressing I’ve ever had. Our 6 year old ate TWO servings of the grilled chicken tenders because he enjoyed them so much. The staff was also top tier. I didn’t get our waitress’s name, but she was so nice and made us feel at home (so did the sweet older lady running the cash register!) Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area and have already recruited our families to come make the drive over to eat with us!

A little pricey but worth it. I ordered a 10 ounce steak that looked like a 14 ounce steak. The restaurant is in an old converted house with wooden ceilings. Been there for over 25 years so obviously they are doing something right.

Omg I just had the best experience at this place. Fried onion rings app are light and fresh! Ribeye mid-rare w Garlic Butter, green beans and a baked potato. Everything cooked perfectly and so delicious!! Speciality Fried Cheesecake for dessert was great w strawberry and chocolate sauce on top. I'm already ready to go back!!
Do yourself a favor and give The Steak House a visit. It does not matter how far out of the way it is, if you want immaculate atmosphere, exceptional service, and of course an EXCELLENT steak - it's all right here!

We recently had a reservation for 15 at this steakhouse, and I want to start by saying the lady who helped us set it up was absolutely amazing. The staff we interacted with during our meal was very kind and welcoming, and we truly appreciated that.
However, we had a disappointing experience. A few of us who did not order the AYCE fish and shrimp (we had hamburger steaks and steak sandwiches, and bugers) requested to-go boxes, so 2 ladies that had the ayce got one too. Unfortunately, this led to a very unpleasant interaction with the manager, who spoke to us in a way that felt unnecessary and upsetting. Because of this, the others who did not ask for to-go boxes had an issue getting their order. Our group are senior citizens and people with special needs on fixed incomes many without vehicles who rarely get to enjoy dining out, they didnt understand, so this was especially disheartening. While we truly appreciate the wonderful service from the reservation staff and servers, I hope management can handle such situations with more understanding and kindness in the future.

Super quaint, Americana style decor. Staff was so friendly and Toni is a wonderfully accommodating server. My filet was fork tender- cooked to med-rare plus perfection! This was truly a wonderful meal and if we are ever back in this area, we will be back!!!

The steak is the best around but, if you haven’t tried the seafood, you’re missing out. They have the best seafood platter this far from the coast. We go near Savannah a lot and I’m shocked the Steakhouse is as good as most near the sea.
