I wish I could give them zero stars, Noone that works there seems to care. They seem like you are bothering them when you are trying to order and spend money with them. We went through the drive through and ordered a regular chicken sandwich combo and a spicy chicken combo, when we received our food we ask for extra mayo and we were told they had NO mayo, I said ok and we drove off, when we opened our food they fries were cold and stale, both sandwiches had mayo on them(remember we have no mayo) but they didn't offer an option and they were not fresh, it's ashame that you spend $22.00 and the food isn't worth eating. This is not the first time we've had a bad experience, but enough is enough! And what's even worse is Wendy's won't do anything about it! I would recommend to go across the street to chick fila or zaxbys!

If i could give them 0 stars I would, it is so amazing how every single time, yes, I keep falling into believing it would change, they cannot get the order right.
And when you go and try to get it right their excuses are always on the same line (they don't want to run a business) do yourself a favor and drive 15 more minutes to cedartown and get Wendy's from there if you are really craving it.
This is the last time I fall into believing these absolute mutations of human can get 2 straight thoughts together to put together an order correctly.
