I never leave reviews but I live 5 minutes from this zaxbys and I love zaxbys. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are TRASH. Like my dipped chicken tenders were so dry tonight. My wings tasted like garbage. The service was good but whatever those cooks got going on they need to do better. I know it’s “just fast food” and i know they probably “don’t make enough money to care” but this is people’s lunches or dinners and I hate spending $40 on a meal that just doesn’t taste good. I may sound like I’m complaining but I would want to know where I could improve

I ordered 3 salads & a 5 Finger plate. When I got home, the 5 finger plate was not in the bag. I went back to get the 5 finger plate & the lady just looked at the receipt a long time when I told her the plate wasn’t in the bag. She never apologized for the 5 finger plate not being in the bag. I then had to wait 15 minutes for the plate & she never apologized but said “Here love” and gave me the bag of food. I am not her love! The chicken on my salad was cold by the time I got home to eat my supper.
Employees should not call customers “my love”.

Good food. The service is typically about a 4.5 in my opinion. One of the better, cleaner places in Rockmart to dine in.

My husband and I went to this location on 4/3 and the service we got in the drive thru was horrible! The girl had a nasty attitude and got the nerve to be holding the menu like she work at Chick-fil-A but with a bad attitude! Chick-fil-A will never! We will not be back to this location!

Why do they insist on putting brown lettuce in my salad, this is the 5th time... These salads are not cheap... Come on please.. I'll try somewhere else from now on, I'm tired of wasting money.

We ordered our food from there. It was delivered. That part was fine. But in my Asian salad was hair. And my husband's chicken had pink in it. I'm not one to complain or get anyone in trouble. I so hate that. So, im just saying.

02/28/25. The first window for payment - the window opens an arm snaps out not a single word. I hand her the card she shuts the window after a while she opens the window arm snaps out, still not a word. I smiled and went to the next window dude basically tossed me the food gave me a drink and shut the window. The top peace of bread wasn’t toasted soaked in butter and I got the 11:00 am fries at 3:30 pm. 🤮 Trash.

I like zaxbys but they do not and I mean DO NOT give you the right amount of wings. They will give you 3 r 4 that's the size of a squirrels nut.

I placed an online order to take to a sick relative this evening. When I got to their house the order was missing all of the sauces I had specifically requested. The cold salad was put in with a hot plate so it was wilted and the salad was only half filled. It was embarrassing. The reason I placed the order online was to not forget anything they had requested. Very disappointed.

Went and got my food cold fries asked for wings didn't even have sauce on them plain.
