Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went and got my food cold fries asked for wings didn't even have sauce on them plain.

Food always amazing but wish they stop emptying the sweet tea when there still taking orders after 10 in the drive through.

I went thru drive thru yesterday got 5 piece boneless wings, just the wings and small tea and it was 9.39 and I have pictures of how small the wings were this is absolutely ridiculous and over charging for something that my 1 yr old grandson could eat.

It’s a chicken restaurant, nothing overtly special aside from their Zax sauce.

Workers don’t seem like they really wanted to be there, the sweet tea was empty, and the chicken tenders tasted good but were some of the smallest I’ve ever seen.

I’d skip them next time and try something different in town.

Parking: Plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a family friendly restaurant.

The young lady who took our orders and brought our food out to us today (9/17/24) at the Rockmart location, was absolutely delightful. She had a bubbly personality and just left us smiling.

I worked for Chick-fil-A for seven years of my life and customer service has always been number one for me. This Zaxby’s crushes it on every level. I’m here 4-5 days a week because I know what to expect and they never disappoint. The back of the house and the front have always been top tier everytime I come in. Kudos to the staff and whoever runs this business.
