I never leave reviews but I live 5 minutes from this zaxbys and I love zaxbys. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are TRASH. Like my dipped chicken tenders were so dry tonight. My wings tasted like garbage. The service was good but whatever those cooks got going on they need to do better. I placed an online order to take to a sick relative this evening. When I got to their house the order was missing all of the sauces I had specifically requested. The cold salad was put in with a hot plate so it was wilted and the salad was only half filled. It was embarrassing. The reason I placed the order online was to not forget anything they had requested. Very disappointed.

It’s a chicken restaurant, nothing overtly special aside from their Zax sauce.

Workers don’t seem like they really wanted to be there, the sweet tea was empty, and the chicken tenders tasted good but were some of the smallest I’ve ever seen.

I’d skip them next time and try something different in town.

Parking: Plenty of parking available.

Kid-friendliness: It’s a family friendly restaurant.
