Me and my fiancé ate here for our first time on a trip from NC to Texas this past week. The woman taking our order went above and beyond explaining everything on the menu and was exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. The server who brought our food was also very kind and the food was great. If we are ever in Rome again we will be sure to eat here again.

Was delicious food. The lady that took our order gave us a tour of the menu. Which was good because we didn't know what we were looking at. And the food came out promptly. While we sat in the back patio, which was beautiful.

Liked the atmosphere, but we got the rueben sandwiches. Did not care for the overflow of sauce and not enough sauerkraut. It's not an authentic rueben. The meat did taste good when the sauce was wiped off.

We had an unfortunate trip to Rome this past weekend due to a funeral, but visiting Ana's was one of the bright moments of the trip. Having a visitation/viewing on a Saturday, just as UGA was taking on Bama for the conference championship made it difficult to coordinate a venue to hold and feed 20-30 people. Luckily Ana and her daughter worked with us to provide a private patio seating area for our group. A menu was established for the evening and everything turned out perfectly! The staff was friendly and polite. The food was exceptional! I spoke with Ana a few times throughout the evening as she popped in to check on our group. Such a sweet and kind woman. I highly recommend Ana's!!

Delicious food and fantastic customer service. We stopped in with an 18month old and the staff went above and beyond, giving us an extra cup for her to use and some additional pickles, since she absolutely loved them. We’ll definitely be back when we are in the area.
Just discovered this gem after moving to Rome and have come a few times now. The food is amazing (try the home made potato chips!) and the service has been quick each time. Despite being in an older building, everything has been clean and well maintained on my visits.
