We came here on Saturday, it was busy but by no means slammed when we came in. Our server Marisela took our drink orders. She brings them after several minutes apologizing for forgetting and take our order. When our appetizer came out I asked for drink refills but did not get them. An hour passes between the apps and we still have no drinks but our server comes flying out of the kitchen at us and shoves a scalding hot plate from a heat lamp into my hand burning me. She said she knew it was a super hot plate and she shouldn’t have done that. I say it’s okay I am a server myself can we please just get the drinks. She runs off and does not return. I look down and theirs is a long hair coming out of the wings one one of my plates, and all sauces are congealed and chicken cold on the hot plate meaning it sat under a heat lamp for a long long time. My husband and I wait to eat bc surely she will come back with the drinks and we want to send back the food and have it taken off the bill. Eventually my husband just eats his cold sandwich without a drink bc it is clearly not getting resolved. If my table was not eating food they waited over an hour for I would check on them. Then she comes by with a check for more than our total and Togo drinks. I tell her that our check is not right and ask for a box for the rest of the appetizer. She brings the new check but no box so I ask again and finally got one, leaving the contaminated wings on the table. When I got home I couldn’t stop thinking about that hair and ended up throwing away the app as well. I am not one to give a bad review but if this happened at my restaurant I would want to know

Kenzie is the best bartender in the state of Georgia this establishment is what I recommend is very diverse and has a very rich atmosphere it is very kid friendly. The food is hot and ready to go.

Update: we had no problem getting several TVs tuned to playoff hockey last night. Service was outstanding, food was good but expensive. A much better experience than our last time here.
Love the food, the atmosphere, just like any B-Dubs around the country... Until you want to watch the sporting event that you actually came here for. Drove 30 minutes to eat wings & watch Stanley Cup hockey... Which this BWW can't seem to handle. Waited well over an hour and still can't get the channel changed from SEC women's softball to the Stanley Cup playoffs. Think twice about visiting if you have a game to watch.

Cassidy was an AMAZING!!! bartender. One of the best Crown Apple Water mixes I have had. Greeted with a friendly smile. My order was correct and my food was perfect. She is definitely an asset to this business. When I return in the fall I will make sure to stop in here. Great atmosphere as well.

i came here with my boyfriend tonight and the service was great, but about 2 hours after eating he started getting extremely sick from the food. he was completely fine throughout the day and this was the only thing he ate today. the ranch looked like sour cream…
