I had a party of 25 for my daughter’s 18th birthday on a busy Friday night. But prior to that I had called days in advance and Falcon was the one who put me down for that day and accommodated our large group. When we got there we didn’t wait long as they were setting up our tables. The whole staff was exceptional and our food was bomb. THANK YOU to everyone it was such a great time.

Couldn’t tell you how the food is because we never got served! 10 minutes and no one even came to our table to even get a drink order. Not a huge crowd but I did notice that lots of tables had drinks but none of them had food. Then I notice like 2 servers trying to take care of the whole place. Now we know why we passed it by all these times and never stopped. Definitely won’t have to worry about us stopping in again..

[ ItzCalculus is back :0 ]This restaurant is a fantastic place to chow down on some wings! Friendly customer service and a cool place to watch a game in the meantime. The boneless wings were heavenly, as the flavors exploded in my mouth. Overall, it's a cool place to go to for wings. I would 100% recommend!

I blame myself for not checking my order on Thursday. BOGO boneless wings (nuggets) called as soon as I noticed half order. Waitress on phone told me it wasn’t BOGO for more than 10 ordered. Spoke to a manager who took my info and said they would mail me something worth my time. I was hour away and wasn’t returning. Have tried to redeem my points for over a week and still don’t work!Update: I did receive a $25 GC in the mail. THANKS BWW…guess I’ll go and eat in to redeem GC

This place sucks. I wish I could give negative stars. Took forever to get food. With no one else in the restaurant. Wings were cold. Waiter smelled terrible of BO. I will never go back to this location.

First time eating here...ordered 15 original and 15 wild wings first they put them both in same tray couldn't tell which was which and when I got 15 out after getting home it was very hard too eat..so tough and dry..I asked for them too be extra sauced and of course didn't get it that way....I don't think I will be back so so disappointed...wasted 42 dollars I ever spent on lunch

We ordered the cauliflower wings to start which were the best part of the meal. I found a hair in my wings and to top it all off we had terrible service and the server altered my tip amount to more than what my bill was. I am never coming here again.
I loved the wings, I did stand at the takeout counter for about 10 minutes before I saw anyone who worked there. Other than that, I had no problems.

Kayla is amazing! You Never run out of beer and always have great hot food when she is working! This location is our go to 2/3 times a week and Kayla is always cheerful and pleasant to talk too!

Sat at the bar with Kayla and had an amazing time as usual! Totally recommend visiting Buffalo Wild Wings and sitting at the bar with Kayla! Aaron stopped by to make sure the food and service was good! Very well ran establishment!

Last night, I visited Buffalo Wild Wings with high expectations, especially for their wings. I specifically requested my order to be served hot, emphasizing this to our waiter. Unfortunately, the first serving arrived cold. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I politely informed the waiter, who kindly agreed to redo the order. To my dismay, the second serving was also cold, failing to meet the basic expectation of a hot meal. Compounding the frustration, I was assured by our waiter that the manager would address our table to rectify the situation. This promise went unfulfilled as the manager never showed up, leaving us feeling neglected and undervalued as customers. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing. Not only did Buffalo Wild Wings fail to deliver on a simple culinary request, but they also missed the mark on customer service. I hope this feedback serves as a catalyst for improvement, but as for now, I am unable to recommend this establishment.

Great wings! A few were a bit cold but still munched them down!! Flavor was great. The onion rings were fabulous!!! Wish I was able to enjoy an adult beverage but was working and that’s frowned upon ;)
