Worst customer service ever. I go through the drive thru. Im the only one in the drive thru and no cars after me. I order. She says pull around we will bring it out. 10 mins later, i see three employees go on a smoke break. After another 5 mins i go in to get my food. No employees but i see my food on their counter. An employee comes in, throws my food in the bag, throws it at me. Doesmt say anything and goes back outside to smoke. No other customers in the place or in the drive thru

Value; a Whopper is still a Whopper, not a downsized version of the original. Prices are in line with competitors, if not better. Beverage selection is very large. Hours are good, open until 2am. I visit 1 to 2 times a week. I enjoy being able to get a burger for breakfast too! I have yet to have a bad, or less than perfect experience. The service? Fast, friendly, and the drive-thru is always accurate. Sara, K.D, and Russ served me on my last visit; hustled, attentive, and were friendly. Lots of parking, and ease of getting and out of the location.

Last night went to get dinner really quick was very respectful towards drive through the young Hispanic lady working drive through was extremely rude with attitude about taking my order it wasn't a complicated order she just didn't want to be there and do her job for whatever reason. I get it you have customers being rude and disrespectful to you at times but you still have to be professional at all times she slung my food at me and said bye before I could say thank you I hope your night gets better I should have called corporate and reported her but I'm sure the person behind me had the same experience. I will next time go to McDonald's or Wendy's the next time I want a burger before I ever go back to this location ever again

Food has really started to out do McDonald’s . You can get better deals but drinks and side are higher priced . But keeping the burgers for shrinking as much as other competitors

Online order was trash.....missing items and no offer for a substitute. Phone number is a busy signal so can't call to get it fixed......owner needs to think about shutting this one down after dark.
