Love the Burger King on Turner McCall. I try to spend money in my means and not live large. I usually get the coupons in the mail and use the two whoppers,fries and drinks. For 14.99 or 17.99. The thing is I got a big family and when my wife and I want a quick lunch or something we can eat togather without breaking the bank we grab a affordable lunch to ourselves. Lunch date what I call it. Burger King is just that. Nothing g fancy but the quality of a good burger. It's wrapped up with the good burger taste and the charcoal grill flavor. Can't beat it. My choices over all is Burger King, Checkers , and Wendy's. I take my chances with these places then McDonalds. I haven't ate at McDonalds almost over two years.

Very rude manager. They called my husband for his lemonade drink and set somebody else’s food down at the same time making him think it was his entire order. So he grabbed everything. When we got to the table, the food wasn’t ours so we took it back. The manager acted like they didn’t just cash his name. After I got our actual food, she turned around and started bad mouthing us like we made a mistake. I asked for a bag so we could just go instead of having to sit and listen to her complaining. My husband realized that they also forgot part of our order once we got to the car. I can see this store being one of the next to leave Rome due to service and the attitude towards the customers. For a business that doesn’t have near as much traffic compared to the other places in town, they act like they run this town.

One jr hamburger, two jr cheeseburgers and one order of fries. Meat and bread were tough (hard to chew). It seemed like the burgers had been sitting under a heat light for a long time. French fries were extremely salty.

It's dirty on the inside. (6 years ago) Three visits between 10/15/2024 - 11/22/2024 all had issues. Each visit the soda machine was out of a majority of the options. The soda area was unkept and the floors were slippery. Two visits we had chicken sandwiches with stale buns with slightly warm chicken. They replaced the chicken sandwiches each time but once the woman was very rude. Not considering the stale buns and cold chicken, the staff did make the sandwiches as requested, such as heavy pickle, no mayonnaise. I do give credit to the staff because the fries and onion rings have been fresh on every visit. The overall cleanliness of the dining area was moderate. The entire restaurant could use a deep cleaning.

Very cutt off from customers, employees are very quiet and unfriendly. They would more rather be on their phone and talk amongst themselves. I haven't been there once in 2 years. They haven't got my order wrong and I mean forgetting stuff or simply changing, if I'm stopping at fast food, I don't have time to stop and check my order. Before I leave. Would never recommend. The fries are always old and I have found hair in my food several times found out my onion rings were burnt and some were uncooked on my way to somerville, thanks burger king

Came for dine in but doors were locked. The time was 9:28 PM and the sign said dining room was open until 10 PM. Other customers pulled up and had to leave as well.
