Never disappoint at the chilis in Rome GA!
Didn't have the best experience today at Chili's in Rome today. It was no fault of employees or management. The issue was on me 100%! Management went above and beyond in helping me with my issue. I can't give enough thanks for how I was helped!!
This location is always busy and I can see why. The service is always on point and they have the best servers that hustle and go above and beyond for their guests. They really should bring the boba drinks back.. if you visit the Rome Chilis, ask for Kasey, he is the best server we've had - we drink 40 minutes out of the way to this location because it is better than the 2 locations close to us.
