“We had AJ as our server. He was so polite, nice, and had a chill vibe to him. He was attentive and got our food out quickly. We had the chicken shrimp pasta, bloomin onion, and bloomin fried chicken. The bloomin onion was fried a little too dark for my liking, but it still was really good. We will be back!“

Then, to my surprise, it actually was the best burger I’ve ever had from The Varsity. In fact, I’d go so far as to say it was the best fast-food burger I’ve ever had.

“Always get it TO GO and SO many times I have to go in for my food. To go orders are put on the backburner. Very frustrating! Also wish they had a reward system of some type for this chain! But there is Noone close when it comes to French onion soup, Brussels, and steak.....so there I sit ....waiting LOL.“

“The food and service was really good however on the smallest TV was a really good show with pets on there and on the bigger TVs there were stupid Sports hardly nobody in there that was liking Sports I don't see why the pets couldn't have been on the larger TV“

“My grandson and I stopped for lunch. The waitresses were so sweet and polite. Our food was good and the service was great., but the manager was awful and not very professional. The was jumping one of the waitresses for being late this morning but she did it in front of the customers and the other employees. When the waitress tried to explain why she was late the manager repeatedly said that's not my problem, she just kept getting louder. The waitress was just about in tears, it even bothered me to the point that I wanted to say something to her but I didn't.“

“The food is great. The milkshakes are sinful. The staff is great. Wait time is very good especially for the food quality. My only complaint is the order kiosks. I liked the old style diner feeling that it had when you interacted with actual people. It's still a great place to dine in or drive thru.“

“Had dinner tonite with a galpal and we soooo enjoyed our experience! The crab dip is awesome! Beautiful delish cocktails, spinach salad and the warm couscous salad were wonderful. Impeccable service, great ambiance and even the music is great. My absolute fave upscale restaurant in Rome. Look forward to next visit soon!“
