“Went for my birthday on 1.23.24 and Emily was amazing as our server. She was on point with everything and the food was amazing. We both had steaks that were cooked to perfection, bread was fresh with real butter, apps were hot and tasty. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you longhorns.“
“We were the 2nd group to be seated when we arrived at 11:00 Sunday morning. We were taken to our seats way in the back by a young man, then he walked away. Quite a few other groups came on after us, were seated at their tables, given rolls and drinks were brought out quickly! We are still waiting for rolls, and no drink order taken yet! We had to stop someone to ask for rolls! Rolls finally brought out and drink order taken. About 10 minutes goes by, we now have drinks, so we order our food! Now people coming in after us have already received salads! Food finally comes out, it was delicious, but the wait was way too long, people came in after us are already finished eating and leaving!“
“We ate at Outback located in Rome, GA 3/28/24. We were at the end of a long spring back heading back to Wisconsin. The waitress and manager at this restaurant were our favorites. We cannot say enough about the manager, Eugenia and our waitress, Sam. Service provided by both ladies was outstanding.Eugenia is a young manager with confidence, knowledge and personality that will propel her to any management position she strives for.Sam, our waitress was very friendly, attentive to our needs and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our meals.Both ladies went above and beyond our expectations. The service provided was outstanding. We appreciated all the kindness shown to us.Next year as we travel through Rome, GA again, we will be sure to stop at this Outback for another great experience.
