They informed Kevin the owner, next thing I know, I had a free drink from the bar and a large dessert for the whole family! What a great first experience at this establishment. “I placed an online order for my husband yesterday, and when he picked it up and brought it home, he immediately noticed that honey mustard had spilled all over his chicken tenders. He was pretty upset because he doesn’t like any sauce on his chicken tenders.

I called this LongHorn location about 15 minutes before closing and was connected with the manager, Ms. Amber. I explained what happened, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She immediately made it a priority to have my husband’s chicken tenders and fries remade without any hassle. On top of that, she gave him a complimentary dessert card for the inconvenience.

Ms. Amber’s customer service is truly 10/10! She was attentive, professional, compassionate, and resolved the issue quickly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making things right, especially so close to closing time.
