“I travel quite a bit with the fishing industry so going out to eat is dreadful on my part especially with big chain restaurants. Seems like they’re all the same but this location blew me away. From the moment we walked in, to the service and food. Their customer service was out of this world first and foremost, our server put our order In right away on a little hand held so there was no room for error. It was quite busy so I was expecting to wait a while and the food would be sitting under heat lamps you guys know the drill. Well surprisingly I had just enough time to eat the bread and a couple of pieces of my bloomin onion and bam here comes our food. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. I deal with a lot of seafood being in my industry and I was beyond impressed. They weren’t rubbery they were perfect. It’s hard to get shrimp cooked perfectly without under or over cooking them. They were spot on. The loaded baked potato was picture perfect and the steak I ordered medium was grilled to perfection. I order my steak medium so it’s pink and juicy. This steak was so tender it literally melted in my mouth. I could sit here and tell you all day how impressed I was with Outback in Canton Ga. Our server D. Alexander was the absolute best. He won’t let your cup get below full literally. And huge shoutout to Emma the Manager she was awesome. She came by to see how we were doing and I bragged as much as I could to her. Super sweet person. Best person for the job I’m my opinion. I think all of the them deserve a raise for sure. They all went above and be on my expectations. So thank you all for the hospitality, great food, and friendship. I will be back next year same time when I come to Canton. ?Parking: Tons of parking. You’re good.“
“I have eaten here before. Usually great! Not this time.Started off by sitting is, and three other groups of people in a section. We sat. And we sat. And we sat. Finally, I went up to the person that sat us all there and said, you sat us in an area, now there are three groups of us, and we haven’t seen a waitress or waiter yet and it’s been over 10-minutes. Is there anyone assigned to the area that you sat us in? She looks at her paper then says she will have to see. Okay..: So another 5-minutes goes by and we get told that nobody was working this area but they are getting someone. There were 7-of us in this area, at 3-separate tables. Are you telling me that NOBODY in the entire restaurant (as people walked past us) could see any of us? Seriously… We finally did get a waitress!Ordered the French Onion Soup. It was so watered down that it wasn’t enjoyable at all.The rest of the meal was, okay…but nothing spectacular!I still recommend this place, but it’s obviously hit or miss! I guess it just depends on when you go…“
“Birthday celebration. We all ordered different varieties of steak all with different butters which were fabulous. We also ordered a selection of the sides, mashed potatoes, lobster mac & cheese, brussels sprouts, and the roasted cauliflower for dessert we had the crème brûlée all around. the cocktails are perfection. My favorite is a grey goose martini up with blue cheese olives, but not dirty and the bartenders are the best with making this drink - they completely shake the martini so that the bitterness and the bite is completely removed from the cocktail and it's just divine Also, this restaurant has the top-notch weight staff very friendly they know exactly when to come over to the table. They are not intrusive at all, but very attentive, but in a very reserved way it's just so professional, and so enjoyable “
“Consistently great meal. Great steak, excellent grilled shrimp, fluffy baked potatoes, and perfectly tossed Caesar salad.Parking: Parking is never an issue at LongHorn, even when they are busy, which was the case yesterday. We parked on the back side of the restaurant and walked around to the front. As our truck had an 8’ bed, we park in double long spaces most of the time, and are used to taking a few extra steps when walking in to retail establishments!!“
“Had the Ribeye with French onion soup and truffle fries, and she had the center cut filet with mashed potatoes. Everything was FANTASTIC. Service was good (slow on refills for drinks/water but they were attentive otherwise) and the food took a good while to make it out from the time we ordered (almost 45 minutes). Pretty confident that was an anomaly, though and it was packed to capacity even at our later reservation (8pm). Definitely looking forward to going back, hands down the best steak in the area. If you can, I highly recommend trying it yourself. Three tips: 1. 100% make a reservation on OpenTable, they had our table ready and there was zero wait so they take reservations seriously vs just bumping you to the front of the queue like most places. 2. Bring a few bucks cash to tip the valet, as parking is valet only. 3. Get there early if you want the Prime Rib.“
