“The driver-thru operator, Claire Roberts, was amazing! Best personality and so much patience when I made a mess out of ordering. I used to be a BK manager and would have loved to had 20 of her on my staff! I had a large order and everything was fresh and correct. Very refreshing to receive service like this these days.“

“You place your own order on a kiosk, then pick up your food, fix your drink( unless it's a milkshake) then bus your own table. On the kiosk it ask for a tip amount.....for what!? I did everything but fix my food. Food was amazing though!“

“Alright I was double charged and I immediately called checkers spoke to Megan the manager and let me tell you she went above and beyond for me to get to bottom of everything and in the end she did refund me cash cause of the situation, this manager is the sweetest calmest and she is definitely manager material because no person in management I know would go above and beyond like she would! “First time back since the reopening. Always loved the breakfast and today was no exception. The front cashier was helpful in directing me to where my pickup order was. Was ready in under 5 minutes. Hot and fresh and ready to go. I will be comming back more often!

““Bacon  smash” absolutely delightful, simply amazed from the moment pulling into the parking lot until leaving with a “to-go” box. Phenomenal smells immediately upon entering the business, personable employees behind the counter, after ordering they bring your food to your table, hot fresh mouthwatering food, secret sauce? Taste a little bit like Zaxby’s, but it better!!! Food was divine. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating, love the 70s music, establishment very clean, even the bathrooms 🚽 Definitely 10 out of 10“

“This is the best Applebee's restaurant we have been too in a VERY long time and this establishment has us coming back to Applebee's! Applebee's around the metro Atlanta area are awful and we had stopped going after countless disappointments. The staff is warm and friendly and will go the extra mile to make you feel it! “Never has this happened to me, but when we got food for all 5 kids and all adults and finally left..we're eating and riding along and I ACTUALLY noticed that my cheese curds and fries tasted more fresh than any place I've been in years. I genuinely could tell that the oil was fresh on the fried items and it made the food taste so much cleaner even though it was fried. Lol BBQ sandwich actually being grilled was a surprise to me. Just thought it would be a regular Ole piece of chicken like every other place. Like this place alot more than I ever thought for just fast bar type food. I still can't believe that 5 kids and 2 adults with drinks and milkshakes and meals ate for $50. Just crazy cheap in this economy. We had more food than we could eat.“

“one of the workers told me how to order through the app. we had came the same night of the river jam thing. the inside and drive through was closed but he was extremely kind and patient with directions for ordering online. they had the food for my 4 children and me out in record time and the food was good. they had everything correct and he even had all the sauces in the bag. I definitely recommend. it's worth the price. thank you for always exceeding expectations.“

“I have been eating Varsity chili burgers, fries, onion rings and apple pies for 63 years. Half the time at the Atlanta store and half at the Kennesaw store. None can beat the original back in the 60s and 70s. At this one the fries were not fresh and could be improved but I did go at 4:30. Burger was not greasy enough but not bad. Would like to try them when it's crowded and everything is made after I order it. I want to try the onion rings too. That's the real test. It was new and clean A+ on that. Give it a try if you like Varsity. I'm told it's an acquired taste but I wouldn't know, I been eating at the Varsity all my life.“
