MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ THIS: I love the Cookout! I eat with you guys at least twice a week - since mid July, the drive thru is getting the orders wrong. 4 out of the last 6 times Ive been through the drive thru- its been wrong. Its the people taking the orders not listening. No issues when I order inside. Also, when they put hush puppies in the Styrofoam containers without foil under them, they melt the Styrofoam and you cant eat them. I hate leaving 3 stars and will change it...read full review
