“Never has this happened to me, but when we got food for all 5 kids and all adults and finally left..we're eating and riding along and I ACTUALLY noticed that my cheese curds and fries tasted more fresh than any place I've been in years. I genuinely could tell that the oil was fresh on the fried items and it made the food taste so much cleaner even though it was fried. Lol BBQ sandwich actually being grilled was a surprise to me. Just thought it would be a regular Ole piece of chicken like every other place. Like this place alot more than I ever thought for just fast bar type food. I still can't believe that 5 kids and 2 adults with drinks and milkshakes and meals ate for $50. Just crazy cheap in this economy. We had more food than we could eat.“

“I have been eating Varsity chili burgers, fries, onion rings and apple pies for 63 years. Half the time at the Atlanta store and half at the Kennesaw store. None can beat the original back in the 60s and 70s. At this one the fries were not fresh and could be improved but I did go at 4:30. Burger was not greasy enough but not bad. Would like to try them when it's crowded and everything is made after I order it. I want to try the onion rings too. That's the real test. It was new and clean A+ on that. Give it a try if you like Varsity. I'm told it's an acquired taste but I wouldn't know, I been eating at the Varsity all my life.“
