“my wife works next door at olive garden. today I was out with the family car (work truck is a mess inside lol) .. anyhow I was doing some christmas shopping with our youngest whos 3 , I was running late coming to pick her up so I told her to go to starbucks and get a coffee ill be there in a few minutes. on the way I got a text that said bring Paxton (our 3 year old) inside. When we got there I brought him in and Santa Claus himself was in the lobby! The employee was extremely friendly, gave me a nice handshake and Santa was very patient and kind, as to be expected from the big man of course! All of the employees were friendly, we frequent this location due to my wife being employed across the parking lot, and they are always friendly , haven't ever made a mistake on our orders and deliver quality service all around inside or in the drive thru. definitely one of the better stores in Rome in terms of customer service and today they went above and beyond while Santa visited, making my son a very happy young man !“

“My favorite coffee in rome just wish they were open on sundays! They don't have lots of seasonal drinks but the coffee is always strong and good quality the salted caramel latte is amazing always get extra caramel cause the coffee is so strong“

My wife had banana pudding ice cream, and said it tasted like... banana pudding!

I had the chocolate. It was delicious.

The folks behind the counter try to pay attention to who's next in line, but it can be a bit chaotic if they get a lot of people. They don't have ropes or anything... you just line up, and not everyone can figure that out.

My only complaint is, they use Styrofoam cups and plastic spoons.

Oh, and the small cups are $5.00. It's good, but it's not cheap.“

The main crew members I've seen working there for a while now, they are very respectful and dedicated. They always make sure I feel specially taken care of. They know me and my kids by now so they always make sure to put extra napkins in my bag when they see us coming.“

I thought they were cooking the fries but nothing I received was hot, so why make me pull over and wait. They are becoming like Krystals just not hot or warm when the food finally comes out.“
