The West Rome Starbucks is known for its best customer service. The employees are extremely friendly and welcoming, making going to work every day more pleasant. The manager, co-managers, and employees make this location great. The atmosphere and setting arrangement are great, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The service is exceptional, with baristas who are efficient, quick, incredibly friendly, and attentive. They take time to ensure drinks are made exactly to liking. The coffee is top-notch, with drinks like a perfectly brewed latte. A specific drink not on the menu with many ingredients was made super kindly and was delicious. The daily chai is an essential part of a morning routine, and hearing friendly greetings chills one out. Orders are swiftly and cheerfully corrected if incorrect. However, parking is difficult with no planning in the lot, and mobile orders are kept behind the counter, out of customer reach. This location is nothing like other locations. Overall, it is considered the best Starbucks in the country, highly recommended for true service with a smile and great drinks.
