Had some delicious burgers, cooked to perfection, medium for us. Also, the fries were hot, just enough salt, and the black eyed peas salad super tasty and peas were not over-done.Kate, our waiter/server, attentively attended to our table and helped make it such a relaxing experience, even with tables filling and people waiting for others to leave. Gaines (the bartender) provided excellent and timely service. He was super friendly and easy to talk to (not to mention he makes a jam-up Bloody Mary.) Definitely recommend coming to the bar area and hanging out for a bit. Great food, great service!
3/23 Update!I was able to get in touch with Steve the operator, and he went above and beyond after apologizing profusely for my experience. Giving me his personal contact info showed me his commitment to ensuring that he would make it right. He offered the refund but asked if I would return to give them the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to deliver an better experience. They delivered!
