Had some delicious burgers, cooked to perfection, medium for us. Also, the fries were hot, just enough salt, and the black eyed peas salad super tasty and peas were not over-done.Kate, our waiter/server, attentively attended to our table and helped make it such a relaxing experience, even with tables filling and people waiting for others to leave. She "knew" when to come around.I ate the red headed stranger. My taste buds were going wild with all the flavors, and i am not complaining about that. All flavors stood out on their own. My only tiny complaint would be that the bottom of the bun was too soggy for me to properly handle the burger. I ended up with a fork and knife, bit that's ok. I would also probably not order the bacon on top. The taste was great, but bacon too hard to eat on the burger.Definitely will be back when in town, and it will be hard not to order a burger, once again--but so many other great options!!

3/23 Update!I was able to get in touch with Steve the operator, and he went above and beyond after apologizing profusely for my experience. Giving me his personal contact info showed me his commitment to ensuring that he would make it right. He offered the refund but asked if I would return to give them the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to deliver an better experience. They delivered! I think they probably have some staff that could stand to be trained up a bit on service, but they really showed that they cared about this customer. Worth a shot if you are visiting.The food was great- wife had the Lobster roll and I had the burger. Love the unique options on the menu. Also the atmosphere is fun and inviting.3/21 Visiting from out of town, and placed an order online. I arrived and nobody greeted me though several walked by after looking at me (one actually turned around after making eye contact?). So i attempted to obtain my to go order. I received it near the bar- but they didn’t give me any silverware (for the salad). I walked back to my hotel room only to find out there was no dressing. I called back and was told i would have to go back and pick it up. No apology was offered. So i drove over. Got the salad dressing (again- no apology but I get it- sometimes you just have a rough night). Got back to my room and opened up the salad and dug around looking for the grilled chicken. Guess what? No grilled chicken. Called back again and informed them- again, no apology. “So you just need some grilled chicken?”. And that was it. I requested a refund as i did NOT want to go back a 3rd time because of their mistakes, but was told I needed to call back the next day.Here’s what great looks like: apology each instance. Offer to make it right either by removing the item off the invoice proactively or comping something in addition. Apologize again. Have the manager call ME back instead of placing it on me to have to call back in.Here’s what good looks like: Apologize for the error. Apologize for the inconvenience if having to come back the first time. Manager calls me back with resolution.I would have taken that.First time in Rome Georgia, and the first restaurant I picked. Just an awful experience all around. We’ll see how the call goes tomorrow- but it looks like there is plenty of competition on this street- and it seems good service would be something I would have expected in Georgia. Such a bummer of an experience.

From the time we got there the experience was amazing. The Georgia Peach Martini was so tasty. We ordered the Soul Roll as an appetizer and it did not disappoint. My husband ordered the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and okra. The kids all ordered chicken fingers and fries. I had the Reuben with sweet potato chips. Hands down the best service from Ashley. She gave us tips on where to go in the area.

Charming location with lovely live Celtic music. Great service by Michelle T. and food was on point! They had St Patrick's day specials so I had Bangers and Mash -tasted just like those I'd had in Ireland! My husband had Fish and Chips. Portions were generous and food was fresh and so tasty! Highly recommend!

5 stars bc this place is so good, and everyone is so nice. However, I'm really bummed about the corned beef Reuben. I was so ready to enjoy the hell out of it, but bite after bite was just gristle, and the beef was tough. I also hope y'all consider getting different types of to-go trays, the ones you use make the food soggy, and the egg trio were completely destroyed and mixed all together.
