Today I stopped by to order from Dairy Queen for the very first time in my life. While ordering through the drive-thru, I was laughed at over the intercom by staff because I didn’t know Dilly Bars came in a 6-pack, that they offered multiple flavors in them, or that hot fudge sundaes automatically come without nuts. I simply asked questions because I had never ordered there before… and instead of helping, they made fun of me.

Gone downhill since opening. Went 9/29 and the man who waited on us had an I don't give a crap attitude from his "greeting". I ordered my DQ standard of 2 hotdogs with slaw and onions only. You no longer have slaw?
changed to dogs with chili and onions. Received chili dogs with cheese only. Receipt was correct, order was not.
