Love going to this place. My wife and I go here occasionally, and we love to get the deviled egg appetizer and bacon wrapped shrimp. Sadly, over the last year the quality seems to be going downhill a little bit on these. They are starting to appear more premade in the chiller for long periods of time and the bacon jam today was just some crumbled up bacon. The flavor seems to be getting lost. I truly hope they find their way back as we intend to continue going there. Just need management to recognize issues and resolve them.

I didn't check the type of food online, so my chicken tenders, okra, and collards were all spicy. I don't know if all foods are, but that's not to my liking. The portions were plenty, though. The restaurant had plenty of space and looked clean.

The most absolute terrible service that I've had in a while!!! Will not be returning to eat there but the drinks and live music was great!!
Not sure if it was the owner or not but an older gentleman just chewed us out for eating a pizza from mellow mushroom at the outside tables and told us that there was an open table right next door we could move to and as my husband tried to apologize because we didnt know they had a policy against it as we’ve done it before he walked off and cut my husband off. @sweetest sinn, i posted this review 8 months ago and you just made a reply a month ago ?? we bought food from the building next door at mellow mushroom, the bartender literally recommended grabbing something from there because they didn’t have it. So no we didn’t think it would be an issue, and no one is a “Karen” because of it. There was 100% a better way to handle it and what the manager did was completely rude. Kindness goes a long way, maybe try it. ?

Great place here. I was there when Sarah Ledford and her dude where “chewed out” for eating food from another restaurant at this establishment. Serves you right Karen, who really buys food from one establishment and takes it to another establishment to eat it? How dumb can a person be? ? we just thought it was hilarious when he told them to leave, bet they won’t try it again
