My family loves Fazoli's and have been eating there long before it came to Rome, Ga. So we were super excited when we got one here. After a rough start it has become an amazing place to dine. The staff is excellent and the food is top notch! It is once again our favorite place to eat.

I ordered the loaded backed spaghetti combo which came with drink, salad and breadsticks.To be honest I was very disappointed in the flavor of the spaghetti. I was expecting it to be loaded with all these flavors yet it was fairly bland. I couldn’t taste any bacon, there were two mushrooms, maybe three and barely any cheese. Not what I expected for sure.The bread stick were based off of olive gardens, but they were mostly dry and falling apart like they were old and the salad was just iceberg lettuce, with mostly white pieces. I ended up chucking the salad in the trash after a bite. Not good.The service wasSlow, but the person working the drive thru was nice.

I love they have coupons for their food. For a family a 4 I was able to spend under $40 including tax. The food is fresh and warm when you are served. Staff pleasant. Recommend 5 stars.
Kid-friendliness: They do not mind kids. Have colr sheets and crayons to keep them busy while waiting on food.
