I got a salad and they left over a half of core from the lettuce in it I ask3d for no cucumber and it was on it. They forgot my dressing. Do Better!!

When you order 3 toasted sandwiches and you get soggy sandwiches and send 50.00, you really don't want to go back sad because I really love firehouse, but this place is awful

Really wish the little boys "working" here would get off their phones and work. I ordered online, but apparently it was too hard to read what I ordered, so add ons were just left off. The survey on the receipt doesn't work, either. And all one has to do is 'ask for a drink cup', per the sign that says nothing about the chips I also ordered and didn't get. Haven't tried the food yet bc I'm mad, but I foresee a review about that soon.

CAN NOT READ, got the order wrong and 2 subs ended up in the trash. Plus I wasted $16.00 and 12000 points.

This place has the worst service I’ve ever had got my order wrong three times. Got attitude with me rolled their eyes at me. NEVER eating here again! Asked for pickles 3 times no pickles

Was once a fan of this firehouse, the last 3 visits including tonight have been terrible. Longer than normal wait times, sandwiches not made with the proper ingredients, and simply bad food.

I don't know how my food tasted because after we ordered it, got our drinks and sat down the girl came to us and stated that it would be a 20 minute wait for the steak and cheese. Then tried to substitute what we ordered. Unfortunately I don't really like anything else on the menu so I got a refund. I paid for the drinks that went in the trash and they kept my tip that I left. I guess it is hard work to not check to see if you have everything on the menu.
My husband takes insulin thank God i hadn't given him his shot yet. That would have been awful.

Came into the establishment at 8:30 order food for dine in was eating my food when employee came up to us at 8:58 and said that we close at 9:00 and asked us to leave before finishing our meal. Most places will allow those that paid to eat somewhere finish there meal before asking them to leave regardless of closing time. Very unprofessional and non service like. I definitely will spend my hard earned money at other establishments considering closing is more important than allowing someone to finish eating there two 40 dollar sandwiches
