We decided to try their biscuits. The ones in the pics look so good. Well...ours was nothing like the pic. The biscuit was not even brown. In fact, it was close to being raw. The bologna was very spicy!

Their drive through service is very slow. We were there for over 15 minutes and there was only 6 cars ahead of us. My gravy biscuit was ok but not as good as I remember from several years ago. My wife's tenderloin biscuit was not even hot, she was very disappointed.

I went to the window an ordered my food n the guy didn't put one biscuit on my order so I had to pay for it buy itself. Then I ordered 3 drink an some lady said they have 3 large drinks an I said yes. I probably won't be back since to the gravy boat cause the employees had attitude when I said something about the tenderloin biscuit I had to pay for by itself. Then I had to say I needed my sweet tea. Anyways I work in the public n the employees at the gravy boat have pour customer service an have attitude plans an yes I gave one back. Thx

Long time customer, but I was very disappointed with the quality of food today. The steak biscuit appeared to have a frozen, cheap steak patty not the hand made type they usually sell.

I've been going to gravy boat for year but after what I saw today I will not eat there any more because it is unsanitary. As I was waiting for my food I witnessed the person prepping the food touch multiple unclean surfaces, handle money, go out side, and lay his arms on top of the drink cooler in the building. I saw him take a mans order at the window open the register and then count out money before pulling out biscuits and crushing them with his dirty gloved hands to give to that same man. The gloves were apparently just for show as he never changed them after going outside or counting money. If there's a tall brown haired man in there preparing the food I wouldn't trust it. Unfortunately the lack of care for hygiene is the line for me and I will not go to this establishment again

Worst experience!! I waited for my food for 30 min,when they finally gave me my food it was sloppy and poorly made. I wont be going back. The woman yelled at me and told me had i called it in i would have gotten better food.
I got a Pork Tenderloin biscuit and my son got a sausage/egg cheese. They are usually very good but this time the biscuits were crumbling to pieces.

I went Monday of this week for the new lunch menu. I ordered the burger combo. The burger was pretty good. The order of fries was maybe 8 to fries, the lathe coke was a full cup of ice with very little actual coke. I returned the next day (11/14/23) for lunch again. This time I ordered the hotdog combo. I asked for light ice in my drink. The owner was in there sitting on a stool and made the comment that a full cup of ice was the only way for him to make money. The hotdogs was ok, the fries was way undercooked and just above warm temperature. The coke was great. I eat breakfast there from time to time, the froze biscuits are better than they’re from scratch just a few months ago. I’m done with them, the food is mediocre at best, an out of touch owner and several employees has expressed their negative opinion of the owner. Don’t wait your time. It’s not what it ounce was. The place has so much potential but it needs a new owner.
