Great food!! Fresh and delicious! Reminds me of my childhood breakfasts.
The food here is delicious! The only place I know of that still serves thick cut bacon. The biscuits are huge, the service is friendly and the prices allow working folks to grab a hot breakfast for less than $5.
Gravy Boat is a cozy spot with delicious food at great prices. The Gravy Boat with sausage is a must-try, with a standout biscuit stealing the show. The sausage patty was slightly overcooked, but the flavorful gravy made up for it. The biscuits are huge, and the only place that still serves thick cut bacon. The service is friendly, and the prices allow working folks to grab a hot breakfast for less than $5. While there is no indoor seating, the value for money is exceptional. One of the best of Rome's "hole in the wall" breakfast lovers' places. However, the drive-thru experience may be lacking, with rushed orders and missing items. Despite these hiccups, Gravy Boat's tasty dishes and affordable prices make it a recommended stop for a satisfying meal.
