I will say that before I came to this restaurant, I went to a teppanyaki restaurant in Savannah that was great and had high hopes trying one closer to home. Although the service was great and the atmosphere was nice, I feel as if the prices were not justified by the servings given. That is my only complaint about this place, but food was good.
The waitress joked around but he was rude as hell
Took my daughter there for a daddy daughter date. Hibachi was awesome!
DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!! We have never been SERVED such terrible steak; nor been treated so poorly!!! My wife ordered Filet Hibachi. I ordered Filet & Shrimp Hibachi. The steak was not filet. It was extremely tough & chewy. Could not eve swallow it!!! We asked for the price of the steak to be removed. On our ticket, they changed the order from Hibachi meals to individually charging over $5.00 for each small bowl of salad (which was suppose to be free with the meal). Added almost a $3.00 charge for each small bowl of onion soup (which was suppose to be free with the meal). In other words, they itemized each item at high costs (vegetables, rice, etc.), so they could remove the cost of the steak, but still charge us $50.00. This should be illegal. We purchased Hibachi meals at a set price. The manager never even came to our table. He/She made the waitress handle their cheating scam. We were polite to the waitress and tipped her well (in spite of the terrible management). We will never go to this restaurant again. They are obviously okay with serving you much lesser food then you ordered, and are quick to cheat their Customers with extreme over pricing. The waitress was very nice. We just feel sorry for her having to handle the dirty work of poor management.
This place was tremendously overpriced! The portions were very small and the food wasn’t really that great. I don’t plan on ever going back.
Absolutely love the food here. It is a little pricey but I have ate at several different hibachi locations and this is my favorite. Worth the price, they have to go and dine in and the show if that's what you like. The staff is friendly and the show is good.
horrible service and food was not even as good as most drive through services ...for $30+ per person ...really Do better!
Waited 15 minutes to be sat, today (roughly 3 minutes ago) I had 3 different employees look at me and ignore me waiting to be sat. It was not busy 3 booths were in use and one party in the hibachi room…. Absolutely ridiculous, I used to love coming here for the great food and experience, but not today. So upset with the service and employees today.
Ended up leaving and Buffalo Wild Wings did us right for a party of 2 :/
Went to dinner theirbtonight with my Son Daughter in law and Grandson. Service was great, hibachi chef was great and food was excellent . If you haven’t been you got to try it. Will be back again for sure.

Service was really bad. Food was burnt. Ordered filet, did not get a filet as it was so tuff I couldn’t chew it. Was ordered medium rare.
Was so loud that you couldn’t talk to the person setting next to me. We had a party of 3 and an 18% gratuity was added. Will not be back.

We have been here many times over the years to celebrate family birthdays, spending over $200 each time. We had heard that the service has been bad lately, but we have a 10 year old that wanted to celebrate his birthday there today, so seven of us went there. After the meal they always bring dessert, but today the family paid their checks and waited for dessert, but the server never returned. We had to send someone to ask for it, and a lady with her hair pulled back and twisted with a clip brought out a tray of desserts and slammed it down on the cooking surface and turned around and walked off without saying a word. We then asked if they were going to sing happy birthday to the birthday boy, but they said they didn’t have a “drummer”. How hard is it to find someone to bang a pan and lead a happy birthday song? Instead, the family sang happily without any Ichiban employees, and the family tapped their spoons on their ice cream bowls. Who needs a “drummer”.
Save your money and go somewhere else, folks. They don’t appreciate customers, especially repeat customers. We have always tipped well, even above the gratuity they include on the price of the meals.
We won’t ever be back.

I wish they open a bit earlier but it’s wonderful here.
Possibly the worst hibachi meal we have experienced. Sloppy service. We won't be back.
