For Rome, this Restaurant is good. Atmosphere was good. It was a little slow when we came for lunch but it picked up quick. Service was fast and really good. We got the chicken, steak and shrimp hibachi lunch. It came with miso soup or salad. Also ordered the shrimp tempura appetizer.Kid-friendliness: They have a salt water fish tank.
This place is going downhill! We went for our youngest sons birthday and we were very disappointed. It took over an hour to get someone to cook for us, we never got drink refills, the chef we had acted like he hated his life choices, they didn't do anything for his birthday, and then they got over half our tables order wrong. We spent $112 for 3 people and got horrible service! In my opinion, find a different Habachi restaurant.

We had reservations for 24 at 6pm. We were finally seated at 7:30pm in the Hibachi room. We were crambed elbow to elbow with two cooks. Our cook was the most unprofessional and inexperienced cook we have ever seen. The other table had a very professional chief.There was one waitress for the entire Hibachi area. After about 30 minutes we received our drinks. Our chief had his hat down on his eyebrows and his face mask up to the bottom of his eyes. He tried to entertain by pitching food to someone mouth. On one occasion my sister missed catching when he tossed to her, the next try he turned the spatula up and threw the food in her face. While cooking he slung food everywhere. Onions went in ones water, rice scattered all over the place and his cleaning rag laid on the grill with the food. He didn't have enough food for our table so our plants were less food then a child's plate. 2 guest didn't get their chicken so the cook went to the kitchen and brought cooked chicken back as we were leaving. Tickets were not adjusted. Not only that we never received the sherbet.The floor was was slippery and had a nasty soure smell.When the waitress brought our tickets out, the kids were handed their own with a 18% gratuity added. I ask the manager to take it off and she refused. My 8 year grandson was handed a ticket for his meal as well with an 18% gratuity.This party was to grandkids birthday (Their choice). If not for them and their AWESOME cook we would have walked out.The Manger should never be left to run a restaurant of this size. When asked where the owner was at I was told out if the country.

Our chef was extremely nice and made the experience more fun. However, the food was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had. The rice and veggies were undercooked, and no one’s steaks were cooked correctly per their request. Everything had a dish water taste too? The sushi especially had a funky taste to it. I could not possibly finish my food. It seemed like the grill was not cleaned great either. Not to mention the prices are OUTRAGEOUS plus the 18% tip they automatically take off of your card. They also double charged the people beside us, and acted like they did not know! We will not be back.

Everything was just as wonderful as we remembered up until the tuna tartar came out. The amount of tuna put on the plate is so tiny now compared to the amount that they used to serve. It used to be mine & my hubby's favorite appetizer. It's only enough for one person & very disappointing.

And entertainment like by everyone in our group, we were all there celebrating our grandson 17th Birthday… can’t wait to go back again…Parking: plenty of parking, plenty of disability parking also .. remember well cuz we weren’t parked right up front, cuz we didn’t want to be seen, was a surprise..
