Our Rome IHOP is wonderful! The staff is always friendly and personable. Morgan was our waitress today and she went above and beyond! They were slammed packed and she was still attentive and made sure our drinks never ran out and was just so pleasant and kind. The food was amazing and the value for buck was great! I got the breakfast sampler with grits and buttermilk pancakes and everything was cooked to perfection. My husband got the protein power pancake meal with sausage and hash browns and was equally delicious! It's definitely our breakfast spot!

I had an amazing experience all the way around. Blueberry on blueberry double berry pancake stack offered a phenomenal taste and my service was great. THANK YOU, ALICIA, for a great experience at IHOP this morning. The service was courteous, atmosphere was up lifting and welcoming, and the food was on point. I ordered the chicken fajita omelet and was totally satisfied 😌 😋. It was warm, timely and served with pleasure. I recommend you enjoy a meal with Alicia at IHOP.

Went here on vacation with my father and was served a moldy English muffin on my eggs benny. They didn’t seem particularly concerned about it, they took it off my bill and gave me a 15 dollar off coupon for an ihop in Rome even though I told them I was on vacation and didn’t live here. They didn’t even care if I got sick which I did as soon as I got home. Don’t eat here, for your own good.
This has to be the worst IHOP in the United States. The quality of food is pathetic and extremely disappointing. I’ve had much better breakfast food at a cheap hotel continental breakfast offering. The waitresses on sunday night pay absolutely ZERO attention to their tables and don’t keep up with refills whatsoever. Our food was not properly prepared And when we try to send it back they acted like they didn’t care. GO TO WAFFLE HOUSE THIS PLACE SUCKS.
