We go to Jeffersonâs in Rome just for the Chili. They always get rid of it and the owners said they try to keep it around but the Corporate wonât let them. Please Keep the Chili year round it is Great!! I crave it!

Iâve never had a âbadâ experience and the wings are decent. The place is just low effort. The food is always not warm enough, smells like a dirty mop most visits, I never feel great when I leave the place, and the staff are unmotivated. With a prime spot in downtown Rome, I would think a sports bar could put forth more effort for its patrons.

Food and service are exceptional! You only get one ranch with your order of 10 wings and fries. I got an extra ranch and a honey mustard and they charge me an extra dollar and $1.30, I think thatâs pretty ridiculous. Enjoy the money you got from me for sauce

Wings sucked. Wife's burger sucked. Sevrer was engrossed in her phone and didn't check on us once. She forgot sauces straws and silverware. Well go to the rockmart location from now on.
Yâall had horrible service last time I went, Tables werenât open, not because of people but because they were ALL dirty, A lady had to get up and grab her own food from the kitchen too, on top of that there were 10+ drunk people yâall were letting stand and huddle in the middle of the whole restaurant. Which isnât the biggest. I will not be going again and imma be sure to let people know how HORRIBLE that service was that day. And how awful it was inside. I still tipped the waitress because itâs courtesy and respect, otherwise. I would not recommend this location for anyone wanting to sit down and eat in the evening.

Sunday 2pm waited with my family almost 30min, 4 servers saw passed by and saw us but nobody said a word. I think that's very rude, we were waiting patiently but we finally walked out to another restaurant and we saw that they were serving several tables that had arrived after us.

We've tried to eat at this location for the second and last time. It wasn't busy, there were servers available and not one acknowledged us sitting there waiting. We left and went somewhere else. Based on the lack of customer service I can not recommend Jefferson's, but will continue to support local owned places.
