Went thru drive thru today to buy a dozen donuts to take home, only because I had an 8.99 coupon, in lieu of 16.50 list price. As soon as I got home my wife and I dove into the box to enjoy a hot or warm glazed donut only to find them apparently a day old , cold and wet! I have said for a long time that Krispy Kreme has gone down hill but this is the worst! Never again!
This place blows. They never have what you want. My wife called and ordered mini doughnuts. They took the order and told her it would be ready the following morning. Went to pick it up only to be informed that they no longer made mini doughnuts and then they proceeded to act like we were liars and didn’t know what we were talking about. Picked up a dozen cream filled…they were tiny, barely had any chocolate on top and were dry and crusty. $17. for a dz doughnuts is bad enough…but to get home and see that, no thanks. Will Not be back.
