Bojangles is a dependable restaurant with a consistent track record of getting orders right. The food is great, and customers can opt for fresh chicken by calling ahead or requesting it at the drive-thru. While service can be hit-or-miss, the wait time is generally predictable. Some visitors have reported negative experiences with unfriendly staff, but the cold food at closing time is understandable. Recent reviews mention that the staff are super sweet and friendly, and the food is hot and delicious. Customers should pay attention to their orders, as there have been instances of mix-ups. Getting into the drive-thru lane before 11 a.m. can be difficult, and parking is limited, often causing cars to end up halfway in the street or parking lot. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
