Great service, great food. Catfish platter is delicious, shrimp n grits are incredible and the house burger with pimento cheese, candied jalapeños and bacon was tremendous! Annnnnn. the cheese grits as a side are outstanding!
Moon Roof Bar... First ... What I don't like... It's a very small venue with tall tables crowded together. It fills up quickly. Also, no matter where you sit, you are very close to the live music, so it's really loud and incredibly difficult to converse with others. There's only one poor bartender trying to serve about 30 people or so in a cramped space -- you might wait a while to get a drink or food service. What I do like... Loved the appetizers and hamburger we ordered. But the appetizers were brought out at the same time as our meal. We came on a Tuesday night, karaoke, woohoo. We were the oldest ones there, but not made to feel out of place; we were accepted & asked back. Luke was great, but karaoke was not organized, no rotation as with other kjs.
