Service was great! Very friendly and prompt. Restaurant was probably the cleanest I have been to in a while. Restrooms were perfect. Food was good, but not great. Cheese dip was kind of bland, but fries, salmon, cole slaw, etc was good. Waiter was on point which for Rome is a rarity. Went Sunday evening around 6pm and it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. We split the meal as it's always too much. But it was truly delicious. I still ate too much. Of course we went on Wednesday to get the free piece of pie as seniors. We will be back.

We have been going to O'Charley's for years, first in Dalton, now in Rome. The service and food quality was exceptional at first in Dalton then it went downhill quickly until it closed. A couple of days ago we went to the one in Rome again. It seems to be following the same trend. The last few times it seems to get worse each time.
