Me and a friend eat here for lunch sometimes , the Caesar salad is usually great a long with the food. This day was a week ago. The salads were old and the server had a large group and it was her first day back. My friends salad wasn't brought out with mine, the lady came back and threw it on the table. Very rude. Our waitress has too much on her as well. We won't be back for a long time.

We have been to this place many times before with no issues. We love this place. Tonight we had an issue with my food and the waiter and manager both was amazing at fixing it. AJ the waiter has always been awesome and we always sit in his section. The manager was extremely apologetic and followed up after they made my food again. Thank you for the best customer service we have had in a long time. 😀

Chicken tenders taste great! and this is coming from someone who doesn't usually eat them! Staff not very attentive to customers, and not very knowledgeable about the menu, pricing on merch etc. Not one smiling face as we entered the establishment. One girl was cleaning a trash bin at the front counter in customer view, and there were 2 couples waiting to be served! No one helped them for quite a while, not a good thing, can lose customers that way!
Love this place ! Always good service & food! Brooklyn, Izzy, Jessi & Dawn always make sure you’re taken care of. Management cares about their guests. It’s over all a great establishment.

We came in and had to wait over 10 minutes just for a table, and they weren’t busy at all. We waited another 10 just for our server who was nice but work ethic could be better. My husbands food was good, he got the bloomon onion and coconut shrimp. I order the 6oz sirloin and it was cooked wrong and tasted horrible. Almost like it was processed. The second one took long to come out and it was cooked correctly temp wise, but it tasted horrible. Would not recommend coming.

We had an amazing experience! This restaurant went over and beyond for our state champ dinner! They stayed late for us to eat on father’s day after our game! Gave us top notch service. Not only was the service and food amazing but the staff truly cared about our celebration. They have us complementary appetizers, let the kids play on all the games, and gave all the dads a father’s day gift card. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant anymore. Thank you outback in rome!

I waaxsooo hungry for their blooming onion but was really diappointed. Tasted like they havent changed the oil in awhile had the cheese steak whuch was really good. If you like spicy chili its the place to go
