The manager is very professional and the pizza has the proper amount of toppings and the crust is good. My only complaint is that they never put enough pizza sauce on the pizzas. Trust me I hate when they have way too much like Dominos but I like some sauce I wish they would put at least 50% more sauce. We get pizza every other week and it's always the same nonexistent sauce. Maybe I should order extra sauce?
Definitely a busy location that's always good to see. But the associate's see you walk in the store some are busy making orders or getting boxes ready why others are standing around talking and didn't even acknowledge my self or the other guest that came in that's what needs improved.
If I could add more stars I would. I haven't seen a cleaner papa johns or any other type business in my life and I'm a clean freak. The manager on duty last night 10/23/2025 was extremely helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to be of assistance to me Job well done
