I cannot speak to atmosphere or customer service as this was a pick up. My husband ordered a Japanese bagel roll and the crawfish roll. We eat a lot of sushi and his was tiny! It didn’t taste fresh and it all fell apart. I got the creamy tonkotsu ramen. The “broth” was not packaged separately from the other ingredients so it over cooked the noodles. The “broth” was more of a sauce and had no flavor. The pork was bone dry. The egg at least had a jam like center. Comparable to restaurants like Blue Fin in Rome or Zen Ramen and Sushi Burrito in Cartersville this was trash. The other restaurants I mentioned are a bit less pricey and you get way more fresh delicious bang for your buck. And to whoever responds to reviews… I’ve seen similar complaints (unfortunately after we tried your food) and you keep assuring that’s not the standard you run your restaurant. But it’s definitely a pattern so either corporate are delusional in their standards, pricing and lazy in choosing vendors OR the management is unqualified and not passionate about putting good food out. Either way…. I do not recommend wasting your money here.

This was a pick up order so I can’t speak to customer service or atmosphere, but the California rolls were tiny and falling apart. You couldn’t touch them at all without the rice falling completely off. The taste was off. Fishy even with no cucumber. Couldn’t douse them in enough soy sauce to make them edible. The wasabi was great though. Only good point.

Ordered the roll in bowl combo with the Japanese bagel roll and cream tonkatsu ramen. Everything tastes great and was very affordable. My only complaint is the ramen wasn't served very hot. It was slightly above Luke warm when it was brought to the table. Staff was very kind.

Save your money go to Kroger and buy p.f Chang's. Same food just higher priced. Portions are tiny. Ordered 4 egg rolls they just cut two in half

I was so excited to find a sushi spot in Rome, only to be completely disappointed. I couldn’t even finish my roll, I literally took two bites and the second bite I spit out. I ended up just eating the little pieces of lobster from the inside of each of my rolls. The rice was so mushy it was gross. My daughter’s roll was the same way. Pretty sure it made us both sick. I’ve never had mushy rice sushi before. Guess I’ll just have to keep going to Atl for sushi.

The waitress was nowhere to be found! The food was good but wow was the service slow! And they were not busy. There was no reason for such poor service.
UPDATE: We gave the restaurant a second chance and so glad we did. Harold was amazing. He was super friendly and fast. Our drinks came out quick, and so did the food. This was a thousand times better than the first time!
