We went thru the drive-through and just ordered drinks but the cashier was very friendly as we waited for our order. She apologized a couple of times because of the wait but that is to be expected (it wasn't a long wait by any means). Great job on the drinks and Custer service with a smile. We will go back.

This location has declined so much! The flavor of the drinks do not compare to the drinks I purchase at the Shorter Ave location. There’s a few young ladies who are friendly at the drive thru, but that is about all as far as good customer service.

Waited for over 20 minutes on a grande iced pumpkin chai and never got it, the employees were looking at me and giving me faces, until I had to ask someone on how long on my drink. Dude never apologized about the wait or anything. I’m very dissatisfied on the service and the wait for my drink.

This place isn't bad but too often I have errors on my drink that was made ex. Requesting almond milk but seeing the barista using oat milk. Though their always willing to remake if I hadn't catch them do this I would'nt know until later when my stomach hurts ?.

Worst coffee in the area. Can't even believe it's StarbucksThey're cake pops are completely raw and will cause you to be terribly sick if ingested. I've personally spoken to the manager about it, and she did not care! even after I explained to her a **child*** was the one who THE CAKE POP was bought for, The manager told me to report it to corporate, that its not the locations responsibility to know if theyre food is or isnt cooked properly, that they get it from a warehouse, and serv it to us!HOW DISGUSTING!!!!!On a side note, They have no care for the long lines and are frequently seen chatting it up with the car at the window with 30-40 cars waiting to order their drinks.#starbuckscorporate needs to come out and evaluate this location. The only reason the traffic ( money) stays consistent is because this is the only starbucks in town besides Kroger.
