This Starbucks is alot better than the one in West Rome. The taste to me is way better. Also the staff are super friendly. If I dine in or go through drive thru, the staff have always been more friendlier than the West Rome Starbucks. They keep it clean & the service has always been exceptional. By far the best Starbucks in all of Rome

Update: Quality of coffee is now terrible. The machines do not make a good tasting coffee (see picture). Corporate needs to see the reason business has dropped off and stores are closing.
Hello Jonathon, please pass on to corporate that the change they made in the pumpkin loaf has destroyed it. It is no longer moist, different color, and taste bland. This is noticed at all locations. It was my favorite, no longer a purchase. Regards, Craig

So I have a injured back so my husband always picks up my order in his name, when he went to pick up my order around 4pm on October 1st there was a barista that made my order which he made my drink wrong but I didn’t even complain about it and let it go but it’s the way he talked to my husband and he slammed my drink down on the counter and was very rude, u should treat your customers that way!! Anyways I recommend not going to this location bc they dk what there doing and there very rude

Really disappointing when you pay almost $6 for a beverage for your order to be made incorrectly. London Fog's are made with earl grey tea, not whatever this is. Yuck.

We went thru the drive-through and just ordered drinks but the cashier was very friendly as we waited for our order. She apologized a couple of times because of the wait but that is to be expected (it wasn't a long wait by any means). Great job on the drinks and Custer service with a smile. We will go back.

This location has declined so much! The flavor of the drinks do not compare to the drinks I purchase at the Shorter Ave location. There’s a few young ladies who are friendly at the drive thru, but that is about all as far as good customer service.
