I've eaten here several times. Staff is always extremely nice. The food is always good. It can get backed up during lunch time, but that's normal. This is the best Subway I have food close to my house.
Poor lady needs help in there. She had online orders. I would have to wait to have mine after standing in line for 15 minutes. Lady that old shouldn’t have to work anyways. Thankfully she was nice , and I understood the situation. I told her I understand and I wouldn’t trouble her anymore. Very busy for 6 o’clock. Needs another employee. And she definitely needs a raise. Do better @subway.
Nancy makes the awesomeness subs!!She is quick !!She is accurate !!And she has a uplifting, outgoing, cheerful personality, that makes it a wonderful experience every time I go to get a sub!!With such wonderful customer service skills, I know y'all are greatful to have her on your team..PS..Please bring back the peanut butter cookies...
