Great to have this option for dine in on a rural side of Floyd county. Antigua does mexican food as good as any other similar restaurant around the area Currently they only have beer offerings as Floyd County has not yet granted a liquor license. Great seating options both inside and out as well as the bar and plenty of parking.
Tonight was the second visit to Antigua, and we were just as pleased as our first visit, last Thursday. The food arrived hot and quick, and was seasoned well. We quite enjoyed the chips and salsa, as well. The chips aren't too thick but held up well to the salsa, which wasn't overly spicy.On our first visit, I ordered the quesadillas rancheras with steak. Love it!! One complaint. Why are you closed on Saturday instead of a Monday or Tuesday? We came by and there were a couple of cars with the same idea. Just seems like a lot of lost revenue
